An elegant, modern and well furnished house with 5 rooms all equipped with their own washrooms. An accessorized house with all bedding and towels provided. Two story house with a spacious basement, servant quarter and terrace.

Wall mounted Aluminum heating radiators installed in every part of the house, making it warm and cozy during the winter season.

Air conditioning units in every bedroom and living room.

There is a UPS (uninterruptible power supply) system in the house to accommodate when there is no electricity

Water Filtration System installed for supply of fresh and uncontaminated water for showering and Wadhu only.

Heated water throughout the house

Living and family room have comfortable couches and chairs.

Guest access
The guest have access to the whole house including the basement servant quarters and terrace.
Other things to note
For me to accept your reservation, I would need your Government ID verified with Airbnb.

Electricity and Gas bills are included in the price. However they would be charged (as per the electric meter readings) if the utility bills are not within reasonable use.

Keys can be provided to guests for all the bedrooms upon request.

Any lost of key(s) of door or gate will be charged with $USD 100. A document will be given to the guests for the keys provided for verification.

Cleaning maid available upon request. Additional charges may be applied. See below

CLEANING MAID DETAILS:

Rs 400/day. Her hours will be from 9am to 1pm or 12pm to 5pm.

She can do the following jobs:

1. Laundry (You will have to provide your own detergent)

2. Cleaning ground floor and first floor rooms, bathrooms, hallways, kitchen, etc.

3. Cleaning outside of the house.

If you choose to hire her, then the guest will have to sign a contract which will describe her activities, payment and declaration of zero responsibility on the host or owner in case of any missing items or damage.
