★Living Area:
Next you will find the very luminous living room and kitchen in tones of white and blue. Large sliding windows let the light in and you can enjoy the beautiful view on the water and the bay to your left with the beautiful sunset!
It features a large beige sofa, a coffee table, and a TV. The Pottery Barn couch is a convertible sofa with a sleeping area of 54.5 in. x 84.5 in. The dining table can comfortably seat 4 guests, from which you can enjoy the view on the bay.

★Kitchen:
Pods and trash bags provided to start you off.
The open-plan kitchen features brand new appliances and granite counter tops. The kitchen island has 4 stools, perfect to enjoy meals as well.
Amenities include a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, pots, pans, coffee maker, a brand new grill on the balcony, and everything you may need to cook.

★Bedroom:
Bedsheets provided.
Enter this elegant condo and on the left hand side is your bedroom. it includes a king size bed with a charming decoration in tones of beige and light green, a window, 2 nightstands, a desks with a chair and a TV.

★Bathrooms:
The ensuite master bathroom features a sink, toilet and bath tub.
From the condo's hallway, you can access the half bathroom with a toilet and sink, perfect when you receive guests

★Laundry:
There's a closet with your washer/dryer, and closet for your belongings.

★Outdoor Space:
The large terrace with its outdoor furniture and new BBQ grill will allow you to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather and a beautiful sunset every evening!

★Pool:
The Strand offers many advantages: communal pool, spa, 2 bbq grills, and a kayak launch. Please note that pool temperature may vary depending on outdoor conditions, and during colder weather, it may not always reach the desired setting. The pool is heated seasonally in accordance with Homeowners Association guidelines. Guests are kindly asked to follow all HOA pool rules, including posted hours of operation.

★Location:
It's the perfect location! Downtown Sarasota is a 5min drive away, Lido Beach is a 15 min drive away, Siesta Key Beach is a 25 min drive.

★Additional Info:
An HOA application is required. The application fee of $150 is included in the booking fee. The fee amount is subject to change

★Important Notes & Rules:
- Small pets could be accepted, contact us!
- If you wish to receive mail, it must be sent to our Orquera Florida Investment office - Sarasota downtown
- No parties, non smoking
- Ac cannot be lower than 70 F and heat cannot be higher than 77 F - Don't leave doors/windows open when AC/Heat is running
- Use pool and hot tub at your own risk, no lifeguard on duty. Residence is located on the canal without a fence. Supervise children at all times
- If you require elevator assistance: Elevators may be temporarily disabled during severe weather. In such instances, stairwells are available in the building.

★Add-on:
Traveling with a little one? We offer a Pack 'n Play for use during your stay for a one-time fee of $50. This includes clean, fitted sheets for your convenience. Just let us know in advance if you'd like to add this to your booking!
