The apartment is located in the upper and attic of a row middle house. This house is located at the western entrance of Tinnum, directly on the border to Westerland. The city center of Westerland and the beach are about 2 km.

Size:
2-room apartment about 45 m². For 2 persons and child.

Domestic equipments:
In the living room, which is preceded by a small south-facing balcony, with a view to the Tinnumburg, is a cozy sitting area and the dining area. The open kitchen is u. a. equipped with a dishwasher. The bedroom, with double bed and a wide bed in the slope (for children), is located in the attic. The tiled, new bathroom is equipped with toilet, sink and a shower. Overall, an upscale and well-maintained facilities.

The house has its own parking.

Please note the regulations for the separate tourist tax of the respective municipality on Sylt. This is calculated separately and is due at the latest on arrival.

Schöne kleine Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Die kleine Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Schlafbereich im DG ist Ideal für eine Familie mit Kind. Vom kleinen Balkon aus schaut man Bus nach Rantum. Bus zum Strand sind es ca. 1,8 km, bis zum Bahnhof ca. 1,4 km. Die Bushaltestelle ist ca. 50 m entfernt. Auch der Weg zum Aldi ist fußläufig in weniger als 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Leider verfügt die Wohnung über kein wlan und auch kein Privatfernsehen (rtl, sat1…). Ansonsten sehr empfehlenswert, in allen Belangen!
