The new building is located on the outskirts of the popular holiday destination Timmendorfer beach adjacent to the nature reserve around the lake Hemmelsdorfer. The center or Beach can be reached in about 15 minutes or 5 minutes by bike. The center has an attractive and versatile promenade with many restaurants, bars and cafes to relax.

The modern and light-filled apartment extends over two floors. The large living room in the lower area has floor to ceiling windows and is ideal as a common room for the whole family. The cozy sofa area invites you to cuddly movie evenings and borders on the spacious dining area for four people. Right next to it is the modern kitchenette, here you can conjure up culinary highlights for your family on holiday. The sunny terrace is equipped with lounge furniture and a parasol and south facing. Also in the lower part of the apartment is the bedroom with a comfortable double bed (1.80 width) and a spacious wardrobe; Here you can wake up with a view of the countryside. There is also a large bathroom with a walk-in shower, a large mirror and a towel radiator for a relaxed start to the day. The attic is perfect as a children's room, but also adult guests will feel right at home here: The two single beds (each 0.80 wide) are in the pitched roof and in the middle of the room there is a desk and a sitting area. The clever layout of the room creates a particularly cozy ambience. This family-friendly apartment can be reached quite comfortably with an elevator.

For entertainment in the evening, the rollable flat-screen TV with Internet access in the living room. Of course you can also enjoy the music of your own media library via the television. The bedroom and attic room also have flat screen TVs. Wi-Fi access is also included.

The apartment is decorated on 86 m² with great attention to detail and furnished to a high standard in a cozy and modern country house style. Natural materials and fresh color accents in petrol and old rose give the style of the apartment a special light-heartedness and lightness. The underfloor heating in the entire apartment ensures a pleasant room climate. The rooms can be darkened by electric shutters.

Parking & bicycles
So that you do not have to look for a parking space on vacation, a parking space is reserved for you in the underground car park. You can park your bicycles in the shared bicycle cellar of the complex.
