Spend your stay in this cozy 1-bedroom apartment. The living and sleeping area is furnished with a double bed, a cupboard and shelves and a seating group for 2 people. The fitted kitchen is equipped so that all kinds of food can be prepared. The balcony invites you to enjoy a glass of nearby wine in the open air. If you would like to eat al fresco, you can do so on the balcony. The balcony facing west and thus towards the Badeallee promises warm sunshine in the afternoon and evening.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and sink. There is also a TV and free Wi-Fi in this apartment. For longer stays, a vacuum cleaner is also available. In the basement there are also washing and drying machines for common use. All floors up to the underground car park are easily reachable by a lift.

For each stay is a one-time cleaning of 45 €.
