Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly home! Freshly remodeled with families and groups in mind, this stylish home is a crowd-pleaser. Five bedrooms with multiple patios for the evenings or morning coffees. Large laundry room and an open dining and living area. Just minutes from Lake Hefner and less than 1mi to the highway, you can't get a safer, nicer, more convenient area. In the heart of the best part of OKC! 15 min from the Fairgrounds!

All one story. Large 2 car garage! Fenced in private backyard and front and back patios as well. 3 King beds in 3 of the bedrooms, one bedroom has a queen bed, and the bunk beds in the 5th bedroom are Queen size!

The property is all yours!

Beautiful safe street in the heart of the Village near Lake Hefner. Extremely walkable and convenient to all highways. No through traffic. Literally the perfect location.

Please note: We’ll send over a quick rental agreement after booking—just something simple to cover house rules and protect both sides. It helps make sure expectations are clear and everything goes smoothly. Let us know if you have any questions!

Long weekend in OKC

This house was perfect for our long weekend in OKC. Our group did a mix of visiting museums, fishing at Lake Hefner and shopping. This house was a great central location, and was easy to get to and from where we wanted to. The house was just as advertised, clean and plenty of space for our group of 9.

Perfect stay for our for our family

We had 8 adults and 2 young children come to town for a family event and the house was perfect for us. Great location, clean and plenty of room. We will definitely consider staying here on our next visit!

Great home away from home

The perfect spot for a small family gathering! Was very nice and cozy, including the game room and foosball game which was a hit for everyone! There was also plenty of room for everyone to have their space and the perfect place to host our parents who needed handicap accessibility; a rare find in OKC! Would definitely recommend the stay here.

Easter stay in OKC

Property was very clean and services were as described. Lawn issues discussed with owner and resolved. Location is very convenient to attractions in the city but also easy to get to freeways/roads leading out of the city; on several days we visited family and sites in NW Oklahoman where I grew up but grandchildren had only heard about. I recommend this for anyone with multiple family members who plan to visit the area.

Comfortable and clean!

We enjoyed the house this week. The description was accurate, laundry was a great convenience, beds were comfortable, and space was perfect for our group. We would definitely stay here again. The check-in/check-out process was easy and seamless. Thank you!

Great house!

The house was very nice. It actually felt nice and spacious. It was well maintained and nicely equipped with everything we needed. The outdoor spaces were great and the bedrooms were nice and roomy. The host was very responsive, and we would definitely stay here again.

Short Stay

This was a great spot for our family as we were passing through; however, if you want to stay longer, it would be the perfect spot. We enjoy this set up and it was our second time staying here. This property has all the accommodations you need for short or long term stay. We enjoy the neighborhood and usually arrive late so I like that I can go for a late night run and be safe. We recommend it.

Passing Through OKC

We arrived very late and had to leave relatively early but it was a great house with plenty of space for our large family of 7. We really liked the neighborhood and as I am an avid jogger I ran around 11:00 p.m. for an hour and it was well lit and very safe. We would stay here again.

We stayed for the week while visiting family for the holidays. The home worked perfectly for us. There was a little office nook that I used for work while my better half and pup were in the game room. Communication was great. So attentive.

Just What We Needed!

This rental was in a great location, had everything we needed and made our stay a breeze. You cannot beat the location right off Hefner Parkway. Lots of rooms and closet space. There's plenty of room for people to hangout together AND enough places to be alone too. Host is very responsive. Checking in is very easy. We would definitely book again.

Making Good Memories

This facility is in a quiet neighborhood. It is conveniently located and accessible to Lake Hefner & OKC venues. Our host provided guidance for any small concerns we had. Everything was provided just as advertised. The backyard was also very nice for our little four footed friend. We hope to return at a future date.

Saved our butts

Tony's place is in a great location right next to Lake Hefner and the Parkway. We made the reservation on short notice due to some emergency home repairs and Tony was very accommodating. The house is in a very safe neighborhood. Our dogs loved the backyard. Bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room were all excellent. No complaints!

Could be better

Okay house but some issues - the house had a overall smell to it…had to go get candles to help - the outside yard needed weed eating, edging and blowing - no ice maker or garbage disposal

We value your feedback regarding your stay. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by an odor in the house. We have never had any guests complain about that nor have we ever experienced that. Additionally, we understand the importance of a well-maintained yard and have hired a more well-trained lawn crew. While our property does not currently feature an ice maker or garbage disposal, we appreciate your suggestions for possible enhancements. We also do not list these features as amenities. We hope you'll consider staying with us again in the future and allowing us the opportunity to provide you with an improved experience.

I can’t in good conscience give this a 5-star review. Because there were so many-5 star reviews we read prior to booking, our expectations were greater than the site was able to meet, and I can’t in good conscience do that to someone else. It does not quite meet the 5-star “beauty” it was touted to be by reviews and photos. Pros:Functionally clean and has basic supplies. Everything works. Close to just about anything you would want to do. Plenty of space, bedrooms and seating for a large group. Comfy couch and great dining seating. Beds good.Cons:Doesn't quite meet existing photos. Needs some deep cleaning (air intake, bath fans, etc.), paint job and repairs. The cement porch and back/front patios need a good pressure washing. The mat at the front door needs to be replaced as it is black with dirt (mold?). The outdoor furniture front and back shows weathering and cushions are faded. The framing around the back door was deeply scratched by a dog. A pet peeve of mine is to have bathroom soap dispensers watered down (had water added to existing soap in the containers) instead of supplying new dispensers with undiluted soap. IMHO, this is not acceptable, a “good enough” attitude, rather than striving for something really good to be a "beauty."Suggestions:Bring your own pillows as existing are flat and hard, and a clothes steamer as there is no iron.This property has SO much potential to be a 5-star location with some TLC. I hope the owners take steps to make it so.

This review was surprising, considering we offered to come by and remedy any concerns during your stay but never heard back after check-in. You were very demanding upon arrival, and when we reached out to rectify anything, there was no further communication. We always want guests to be comfortable, and it’s disappointing you didn’t give us the chance to make things right in real time. Cleanliness / Paint / Deep Cleaning: We maintain professional cleaning before every stay. Some scuffs from luggage or pets can occur in a busy rental—these are cosmetic, not cleanliness issues—and we schedule regular deep cleans and touch-ups. Exterior & Outdoor Areas: Weathering of outdoor furniture and fencing is normal in Oklahoma’s climate. We refresh items, power-wash, and maintain the yard seasonally, and photos show the property honestly. Repairs: Minor wear (blinds, paint touch-ups, scratches) is routine in high-traffic homes and handled in scheduled maintenance. Pets are welcome, and while we manage impacts, some scratches are inevitable. Soap Dispensers: We use refillable dispensers- products are never watered down. Pillows: Comfort is subjective—what’s too firm for one is perfect for another. We provide quality options. Deposit: The $500 deposit/refund policy is clearly disclosed and promptly refunded (as you confirmed). This home has hosted many happy families and consistently earns 5 stars. We’ll continue offering a clean, well-maintained, welcoming space for future guests.

OKC Thanksgiving Gathering

Really cute house that suited all our needs. Probably a little small to celebrate Thanksgiving for 11 people but we have family in OKC so that wasn’t necessary. It was a rock’s throw away from our son and his wife so great location. Great spaces for the 3 grandkids and enough room for card games etc for the adults. 2 big flat screens for plenty of football and several streaming services. Nice bathrooms, however there was no bar soap and the towels were pretty thin. The mattresses were like memory foam and not the most comfortable beds I’ve slept on but the pillows were comfy. Kitchen had the bare essentials but enough for what we needed. It was cold outside and we would’ve loved to have built a fire but it didn’t look like the fireplace was something we were supposed to use so we didn’t call the owners to check. All in all, it was a great house for our family and everyone had a lot of fun. Thanks for the hospitality!
