It took us 2 years to remodel the property. My mother lives in one side and now we offering the guest side for Waco visitors. The property has a large fenced in backyard and a common courtyard (great outdoor space) that is great for hanging out. Easily sleeps 2 couples. Queen bed in one room and KIng in the other.
