Cozy unit with a queen bed, full kitchen, TV, Gas Stove (fireplace), living area, shower, private balcony with a gas BBQ grill, private hot tub and the most beautiful view of the Big Thompson River. You have full access to the river, however fishing license is needed. Free parking is available on the property. Unit is accessible. Wi-Fi is available however, in the canyon service is not the best. It may go in and out at times we have a studio that sleeps 2 behind the kozy kove cabin it can be added to your reservation for an additional fee message us for more details

Great location! Facilities were good. We couldn't use the hot tub. The chlorine gas smell was too strong and it was a little dirty. The gas grill wouldn't stay lit. Overall a good experience, but could do with better kitchen utensils, shower caddy, and fix things that are broken, like the toilet paper holder.

Beautiful River View

Great view of the river from the deck. It was nice to have chairs to sit on and watch the river. Of course there is the hot tub. About a 10 minute drive to get to every thing in Estes Park. I feel there should be a review and check process after a stay. There was an issue with the BBQ. The toilet paper holder was broken so TP was on back of toilet. The WiFi doesn’t work well. If you need to work on your vacation there will be a problem. We have Verizon and only had one bar so cell service was spotty and didn’t always work.

We had a wonderful time staying at your cabin, the hot tub and the river, really made the night tranquil. We definitely want to stay there again, and again.

Perfect for what we needed

We stayed the weekend to catch a few magic shows at The Underground and this place fit all of our needs. We loved the private hot tub on the balcony overlooking the river. The room and property was very clean. Would stay here again.

Weekend get away

The cabin was very nice. Great location right on the river, perfect for fishing. Couple things that could be improved. The grill was out of propane, so we had to go and get a new tank. Also, the hot tub worked fine however when you turn the jets on the water would foam up, like a bubble bath. Other than that it was a great place to stay.

The river was very soothing as we sat in the hot tub. The mountains and trees were very beautiful. It was very peaceful and cozy. We would love to stay here another time. Thank you. 😊

Great weekend

Cabin is in a great location - be prepared with entry codes before arriving as you may not be able to access them at the cabin - I drove back toward estes to look it up. Limited supplies in cabin so ask questions if you want to know what they have - communication was great!

Good but not great.

Cozy and comfortable. Clean inside.Maintenance a bit lacking. Trash left by previous occupants, on deck and on property. Hot tub was not ready for use til 2nd day. Ran empty on propane.

Lovely stay

Really wonderful little spot. We spent the bulk of our time in the hot tub on the back deck enjoying the view of the river. The inside was cozy and comfortable, pretty well-stocked kitchen, and great layout for a smaller space. Highly recommend!

Mom--Daughter Trip

Cabin was cozy. Had all the essentials. Internet did not work for our entire stay, nor did we have cell service, as the cabins are located in the bottom of a canyon. This was quite concerning for two females, since we wouldn't have been able to communicate if there had been an emergency. Had to go into town to speak or text family. The scenery & views around cabin are absolutely beautiful, though.

The perfect place

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. He fished, I sat on the wooden swing. We saw deer, and watched a mink along the river several times. This is in close proximity to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain State Park. I messaged the owners twice and received prompt attention. The traffic noise is a bit heavy but definitely not a deal breaker for us. I highly recommend a stay here

Nice Stay

Wifi spotty, but not host's fault. Additional sheets/blankets for someone to sleep on the sofa would be nice. Pretty location, and host was quick to assist with question at check on. Thank you for a nice stay!

Beautiful stay

This cottage was great! Beautiful scenery with the Big Thompson river right behind the property. We would definitely stay again. My husband fished when we weren’t in the national park. The owners were so nice and friendly.
