Welcome to this thoughtfully remodeled 100-year-old home just mins from the University of Alabama. You'll love the natural charm of a house this age with a beautiful wrap-around front porch. Spend your evenings grilling on the back deck while your friends/kids play cornhole, ring toss, volleyball, etc. in the HUGE yard.

This house has a two-car carport and a long driveway for plenty of parking. There are two king sized beds, two twin XL, and one queen sofa-bed.

Our gorgeous open floor plan house is a vibrant fusion of elegant design, convenient & spacious layout and modern appeal designed to uplift your relaxation. As a family-oriented destination, this 1,500 square foot house was specifically assembled for families and large groups to get together and build everlasting memories! Take the comfort level up a notch and slip into the ambient living room area, an ideal gathering space for families to snuggle up on the cushy sofa. While you’re at it, treat yourself to a fun-filled evening watching a countless selection of movies and TV shows on our HDTV with Roku installed for your entertainment.

As you slowly roll out of bed in the morning, brew yourself a cup of coffee to start your day off with a gentle boost in our dazzling open concept kitchen. If you decide to fire up your culinary talents, take pleasure in using the granite countertops, handy kitchen gadgets, and stainless-steel appliances to make your Master Chef cooking endeavours an absolute breeze. Should you decide to dine out, savour in authentic local or international cuisines with a wide range of top-notch restaurants just 10-15 minutes away.

After a long day of adventure, give your mind & body the rest it deserves and lay your head to rest in our 3 ultra-comfy bedrooms, enough to sleep 8 guests. The sleeping arrangements feature the following:

• A King-sized mattress with a smart TV in bedrooms #1 and #2

• Two twin XL beds in bedroom #3

• A living room sofa that converts to a Queen-sized bed.

• For everyone's safety, we have exterior surveillance in place with cameras at the front and rear of the home. These are not to be tampered with. We also have noise monitors in the house that monitor the decimal level of the noise.
