Visit Villa Vallespir in Alcudia for memorable vacations. Excellent two-story house with large garden, ping pong table, barbecue and just a few meters from the famous Alcudia beach.



Villa Vallespir is distributed in a spacious garden equipped with loungers where you can rest and sunbathe, as well as an outdoor shower to cool off, enjoying the Mallorcan sun in the best way. The house has a perfect barbecue for grill lovers located outside and a table to enjoy dinner outdoors. Additionally, a fantastic chill-out area to relax.



Likewise, it has a furnished covered terrace that connects directly to the living-dining room.



Inside we find the living room with satellite TV, 2 sofas, air conditioning and a table equipped with chairs to enjoy the delicious meals of Mallorca. The kitchen is ideal for spending the best culinary moments as it is equipped with everything essential.



The villa has 5 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Three of them with comfortable double beds, one with two single beds and the last one with only one bed for greater privacy. Both bathrooms have a bathtub to continue relaxing during the vacation at all times.



The location of the villa is excellent as you can access everything necessary without the need for a car. In the surrounding area, you will find restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, shops, and everything essential for a pleasant trip. Additionally, you will be 200m from the Alcudia Port beach, known for its white sand and a route of over 10 km to walk along during sunset.

Great holidays next to beach and big backyard

I really enjoyed staying here. Large space, easy to check in and out, close to beach and restaurants and volleyball field. Nice kitchen and backyard.

Lovely villa in a great location beds very comfortable: I loved that there was a kumquat tree in the garden! Would have liked more bathrooms but it would not put me off staying again.

Stress free stay in an outstanding property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. A spacious and immaculately clean property, with all the things you would need during your stay. Great location, easy access and parking, and very easy to find close to local amenities and the beach. Thank you for a great stay, we would certainly recommend and consider returning if at some point we return to Mallorca.

Nice villa for a relaxing (bicycle) holiday

Outsider shower was great! Nice quiet location a bit outside Port d’Alcudia. Sufficient space! Mattrasses and bed linnen could be a bit better.

Great villa for vacation

This vast house served as great base for this years easter holiday. The 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms provided enough space for our group of 7. The central room of the house is the big kitchen where cooking and chating can be done simultaneously. Lastly, the stonewalled BBQ in the big garden is great for dinner outside. The sea and the sandy beach are only 3 min away. Practically, the Eroski supermarket - only a 5 min walk away - offers everything needed during vacation (even a barber). All togheter this villa is a clear recommendation for families and groups!

Schönes geräumiges Haus mit allen Drum und Dran

Sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Haus. Die Kinder hatten viel Platz. Besonderes im am späten Nachmittag überschatteten Garten. Gute Lage, ein paar Meter vom Meer entfernt. 2 der Schlafzimmer haben keine Klimaanlage aber mit dem bereitstehenden Ventilator hat man es ausgehalten. Kommunikation mit der Vermietung und dem Gastgeber waren auch einfach und Reibungslos.Leider muss man hoffen, dass die Gäste auf der anderen Seite auch ganz annehmlich sind. Die könnte man innen und auch außen hören. Wir können das Haus besten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

Tolle Unterkunft mit schönem Garten

Wunderbarer Gartenbereich mit Grill. Auch die Vorderterasse mit den Schaukelstühlen haben wir oft genutzt. Sehr nahe am Strand gelegen, in der Umgebung viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Bessere Grundausstattung (mehr Toilettenpapier, Küchentücher, Öl, Backpapier, Müllbeutel, Spülmaschinentabs, Waschmittel, Alufolie) Mehr Tassen für so viele Personen

Grosses Haus am Strand gelegen

Unterkunft ist prima gelegen. Sie ist grossräumig und verfügt über genügend Platz. Nahe am Meer und nahe zu den Bars und Läden. Sehr sauber. Die Gastgeber sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend.

Geräumiges, in die Jahre gekommenes, schönes Haus

Das Haus war sehr sauber und geräumig. Große Zimmer, große Küche, viele Sitzmöglichkeiten, sowohl draußen, als auch drinnen. Wir hatten 2 Kinder unter 1 dabei, brauchen dementsprechend 2 Reisebettchen und 2 Hochstühle. Eins von jedem war im Preis drin, ein weiteres jeweils 5 Euro pro Tag. Einen extra Hochstuhl haben die Vermieter uns umsonst dazu gegeben. Sehr freundlich :) Die Küche hätte etwas besser ausgestattet sein können. Die Messer zum Beispiel waren leider stumpf und es gab zu wenig Geschirrtücher. Würde ich dann mitnehmen, wenn ich nochmal kommen würde. Das Haus liegt ca 2 bis 3 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt, was super nah ist. Leider steht es neben einem großen Hotel, und zwar an der Hinterseite, wo die Anlieferung und Müllabfuhr jeden Abend kam. Das hat abends etwas gestört, wenn man auf der Terrasse saß. Wen das sehr stört, könnte aber auch in den Garten gehen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in jede Richtung zu genüge und ein Lidl ist in 10 min mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Es war ein schöner Urlaub, das Haus war super. Ich würde es weiter empfehlen, es ist nur schade, dass es Abends so laut war.

Great house a few steps from the beach

The house was much bigger than i expected, could comfortably fit 9 people, very clean and has front and back terraces. The kitchen was very well equipped with dishwasher, toaster, plates, glasses and so on. Me and my family really enjoyed having dinner in the spacious back terrace with BBQ. The house is just 1 min from the beach in a quite touristic area.

Perfekter Ort. Kommunikation und Check-in verliefen reibungslos. Der Besitzer hatte eine Schale mit frischem Obst und einen Teller mit Keksen für uns vorbereitet. Sehr nett ! Das Haus hat einen ausgezeichneten Garten und ist nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt (keine Straße muss überquert werden), von Geschäften und einigen sehr schönen Restaurants, die viel schöner sind, als ihre touristische Fassade vermuten lässt. Sehr empfehlenswert
