Welcome to your dream vacation home! This newly remodeled 3-bedroom, 3-bath beach retreat is just steps from the ocean and offers direct beach access. Perfect for families or groups, this home combines comfort and convenience for a truly relaxing experience.

The main floor features an open-concept living and dining area, a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, and a spacious bedroom and bath. Upstairs, the primary bedroom offers a luxurious en-suite bath with a separate tub and step-in shower. Another bedroom and full bath complete the second level.

Outdoor living is equally impressive with two decks: one on the second floor for gatherings and one on the third floor, ideal for dining al fresco while taking in expansive ocean views.

The house is beautiful and the location was perfect! The sunsets from the roof top are amazing! We rented a golf cart and it was so nice to get around on!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was the perfect location and had the right amount of space. It was overall very clean except one bedroom had dust all over the wall. The air conditioning situation was the biggest issue. Upstairs it was very hot. This summer has been really hot, but maybe put a window unit upstairs?? Some of my kids stayed in the bunk bed room upstairs and even they complained how hot it was. Otherwise, it was wonderful. It had plenty of space and was close to the beach. We would stay here again but maybe in the winter instead. We make about 5 or 6 trips a year to Jacksonville because we have family there, so we know the area well.

The property has been completely renovated and is in a great location. Unfortunately for us the weather this week was abysmal so no beach but the view from the top deck of the beach was really nice. They don’t like the thermostat being set below 72 so if you like an ice cold house in the summer this isn’t the property for you. 72 is comfortable for me so no issue.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We recently stayed at this beach house and overall had a great experience. The location was perfect, with easy access to everything we wanted to do, and the home itself was very clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished. The owners have clearly put thought into making it a welcoming place to stay.The only reason we’re not giving a higher rating is the construction taking place directly next door. The noise was extremely disruptive, often starting as early as 7:30 a.m. and continuing until around 5:00 p.m. Some mornings it woke us up, and our group of teenagers was unable to sleep in or fully relax during our vacation. We were not given any warning prior to our arrival that major construction was occurring next door, and we would have appreciated knowing that in advance. I understand they can’t control construction but a warning would have been great as we would have changed location or brought proper ear plugs.That said, once the construction is complete, this would be an outstanding place to stay. We would absolutely consider returning next year if the neighboring construction is finished.

Labor Day Weekend

We stayed for four days. The condo is very close to the beach, just about a block away. The condo has been updated with modern amenities and is very comfortable. I would recommend to anyone.

Surprise Bday Girls Weekend

5 of us travelled to Jacksonville beach to surprise our one friend for her bday over presidents day weekend. The beach house was beautiful, very nicely decorated, stocked with all kitchen supplies you need for a long weekend. Bathrooms nicely redone. 1.5 short blocks from wide white sandy beach. It rained 3 of the 4 days but still got to walk on beach and relax. Lots to do in the area from open air market, watch the ocean from top deck, to seafood dinners. Only down, can hear the others in attached one bedroom apartment from the kitchen. They were lovely people though. Would definitely stay again. Property management was very responsive with answers to our questions, like wifi info and check in/out process.

Property was located conveniently to the beach. It was also clean and well appointed. Check in was very easy. That said, there were a couple of things that made the property just fine. There were messages on the thermostat dictating the temp could not go below 72. The house just got stuffy. Adding to that, the living room ceiling fan didn’t work. I ran that by the owner and he told me to try the switch on the wall. Told him I’d done that and tried all switches and remotes but nothing worked. I got no response to that. Lastly, the presentation of the exterior home was a bit different than what we saw in the photos. There were broken folding chairs in the front of the house. Back yard was a bit of a mess and the picnic table on the top deck had half a seat broken off with the shards of wood scattered around. Again, our stay was fine but those little things detracted from the overall experience.

Loved being able to walk to Jax Beach and Atlantic Beach for shops and restaurants. Property feels brand new, all the latest amenities (don't miss the tub!). Would definitely recommend this property.

It has three bedrooms, three full baths and nice ocean views. We loved the rooftop deck. Great for lunch, happy hour, sunrise and relaxation. Close to everything. Kevin, the host, was very easy to get in touch with and nice to work with.
