Quiet apartment on the ground floor of a two-family house in a rural area near Playmobil FunPark and Nuremberg including a large garden.

This charming and spacious apartment with terrace is located in the quiet countryside near Nuremberg with a direct S-Bahn connection to Nuremberg. Guests are welcome to use free WiFi and parking spaces.

In the apartment there is a master bedroom with a double bed (2m x 1.8m) and another bedroom with two single beds (2m x 0.9m) or on request as a double bed (2m x 1.8m). A children's travel bed in the master bedroom can optionally be provided for a 5th "little guest". Baby cot and a high chair are available on request.
Bed linen, towels and bath towels are provided. In the warm and inviting living room there is a sofa, a flat screen TV with Bluetooth and a DVD / CD player for the entertainment you bring with you.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave and coffee machine (as well as a Nespresso machine). In the bathroom there is a bathtub and a shower cabin. A hair dryer is also on site.

Nuremberg is only a 20 minute drive from the apartment.
The nearby train station "Roßtal Bahnhof" (approx. 800 m away, 5-10 minutes walk) connects you via the S-Bahn line S4 directly to Nuremberg and Ansbach (journey time approx. 15-20 minutes).

The Playmobil FunPark can be reached by car in 7 minutes.

There are also several shops, restaurants, doctors and pharmacies 1 km away.
