A lovely apartment

The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped for light meal preparation. The location was very convenient to all the sights in Wurzburg. The view from the balcony was most enjoyable and the host was lovely.

Amazing time

Bea is a great host, always responsive and making you feel at home. The apartment is very well located and has everything you need for a perfect stay in Wurzburg. I highly recommend this property! Look forward to coming back to Beaā€™s apartment soon.

Top location

I have been here repeatedly. The place is wonderful and quiet enough for me to sleep even so it's just a couple of minutes to everything in town. The street out front has many cafes and restaurants and a supermarket within 5 minutes walking. Also very convenient location to the train station. The owner's absolutely great. I'm definitely coming back here.

Great Location, super Landlord with minimalist apartment. Ultra comfortable beds!

We really liked to be so close to everything within walking distance in town. Stores for grocery shopping and many restaurants right around the corner. We didnā€™t have a car and it was no problem,landlord was super nice. The beds were extremely comfortable! I usually travel with my own travel mattress topper, and here I did not even need that. I think that was the first time for me in all the years of my travel. Everything was extremely clean. The shower and bath tub is amazing! It is advertised as minimalist, but it has everything you need. The only thing , it might be nice to have a small sofa in the living room, but it was okay. The laundry room is shared and next to the bedroom, but the landlord is very accommodating and it was not a problem. We will definitely come again.

Die Wohnung liegt super zentral, liegt in einer, wie es wirkte, sicheren Gegend und ist sehr sauber. Das Highlight ist definitiv die Badewanne. Generell eignet sich die Unterkunft gut fĆ¼r einen kurzen Aufenthalt, da sie eher praktisch, minimalistisch eingerichtet ist. Es ist alles da, was benƶtigt wird. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin lief einwandfrei. Die Matratze auf dem Bett schien hochwertig, das Konzept war aber nichts fĆ¼r uns. Sie war uns definitiv zu weich. Wir waren zu einer kƤlteren Jahreszeit da und hƤtten dickere Decken gut gefunden, haben aber nicht noch mal danach gefragt. Zusammen mit einer Wolldecke schlief man warm genug. Die KĆ¼nstlerwohnung schien Teil einer grĆ¶ĆŸeren Wohnung zu sein. Ein Stockwerk hƶher lebt, wie ich denke, die Gastgeberin. Im GroƟen und Ganzen eine gute Erfahrung.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist bezĆ¼glich Besuch der SehenswĆ¼rdigkeiten der Stadt hervorragend. Ales wesentliche ist innerhalb von 10 min zu FuƟ zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung bietet alles, was man fĆ¼r eine StƤdtereise braucht. Einkaufsmƶglichkeiten und auch Restaurants sind in nƤchster Umgebung reichlich vorhanden. Die Vermieterin ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit.Allein hinsichtlich der in der Unterkunftsbeschreibung beschriebenen Parkmƶglichkeiten gab es unsererseits anfƤngliche Irritationen. Diese konnten aber dank der Hilfsbereitschaft durch die Vermieterin schnell ausgerƤumt werden. Hierzu bleibt allerdings folgendes anzumerken: Wer per Zug anreist hat keine Probleme. Vom Bahnhof aus ist die Wohnung auch bequem zum FuƟ erreichbar. Wer jedoch mit dem Auto anreist sollte sich jedoch zuvor mit der Vermieterin in Verbindung setzen. Nicht gebĆ¼hrenpflichtige Parkmƶglichkeiten liegen in einer Entfernung von 10 Gehminuten zur Unterkunft und sind meist nur begrenzt vorhanden . Uns stand dankenswerter Weise ein Platz in einer Hubgarage zur VerfĆ¼gung. Dieser ist jedoch hinsichtlich FahzeuglƤnge, -hƶhe und auch -gewicht eingeschrƤnkt. Wir kƶnnen die Wohnung wƤrmstens empfehlen.

sehr schƶne, geschmackvolle FeWo mit eigenen Bildern der Vermieterin / KĆ¼nstlerin zentral, kurze Wege zu Bahnhof / Altstadt ruhige Lage groƟer Balkon in den Innenhof- spartanisch eingerichtete und unpraktische KĆ¼che, wenn man etwas Aufwendigeres als "Nudeln mit SoƟe" zubereiten mƶchte (Platz wƤre genĆ¼gend da...) bei unserem nƤchsten Besuch in WĆ¼rzburg kommen wir wieder :-)

Chic, teilweise etwas unpraktisch

die Wohnung ist sehr schƶn, die Aussicht auf Festung und die TĆ¼rme WĆ¼rzburgs ebenfalls. Die Einrichtung ist abgesehen vom opulenten Bad eher minimalistisch. So gibt es z.B. keinen Kleiderschrank, sondern nur eine Garderobe. Und ein elegantes SpĆ¼lbecken, aber keine AbtropfflƤche. Ohne Gardinen ist man fĆ¼r den Sichtschutz zum Hof auf die AuƟenjalousien angewiesen.Von diesen Kleinigkeiten abgesehen haben wir den Aufenthalt aber genossen.

Eine Wohnung zum WohlfĆ¼hlen.

Liebe Beate, ich danke Dir, dass Du mich so nett aufgenommen hast. Ich habe den Aufenthalt in der Wohnung sehr genossen. Da ich kurzfristig wegen meines Umzugs in WĆ¼rzburg fĆ¼r eine Ɯbergangszeit eine Unterkunft suchen musste, hat es mich gefreut, dass alles so reibungslos und unkompliziert geklappt hat. Die Ausstattung und das Ambiente der Wohnung ist auƟergewƶhnlich. Die gehobene Einrichtung und v.a. das bequeme Bett haben einen entspannten Aufenthalt mir ermƶglicht. Meinen Freunden und Bekannten werde ich die Wohnung gerne weiterempfehlen fĆ¼r eine Unterkunft fĆ¼r Besucher in WĆ¼rzburg.
