Welcome to Coopers Farm Sanctuary! 20+ acres of sophisticated country living. Located in the heart of Columbia County and just 9 miles from the Augusta National and 2.8 miles from Lady A Pavilion. This 4,400 sq ft, 3 story, 4 bedroom, 5 full bath farmhouse is the perfect private get away. This property features a private drive to a two-home family estate (only one available for rent), fishing pond, farm rescue animals, children's playground, basketball goal, trampoline and a fenced in pool with a pool house. The pool house features a half bath with refrigerator, freezer and microwave. The perfect place to grill out, relax and enjoy the beautiful southern sunsets. Enjoy the front porch rocking chairs with your morning coffee and listen to the birds and possibly see a family of deer. The pond is stocked with fish. You are welcome to bring your own poles and fish, but all fish must be released back into the pond.

Walking in the front door to the second floor you have the living room, sunroom with beautiful pasture views, spacious kitchen and laundry room. Down the hall you will find the private master bedroom with a king bed, his and her bathroom vanities with a spacious walk-in shower and jacuzzi tub.
The third floor of the home has three bedrooms. All bedrooms have queen beds with a dresser and closet for plenty of storage. Two rooms share a jack and jill bathroom. The other room has its own private bath.
The lower level offers plenty of room for activities for the kids, while you kick back and watch the 72-inch screen TV. A bedroom with a twin bed is located on the lower level with a clothing rack and dresser for storage. The house is also equipped with a whole house generator.

Coopers Farm Sanctuary is a 501(C)3 farm animal rescue. We work hard to provide the animals a loving and forever home. You are welcome to visit the animals. If they approach you, you are welcome to pet at your own risk. You are not permitted to go into the barn, sheds or any fenced in area to pet the animals or feed any food. If these rules cannot be followed you will be asked to leave the property. A farmhand will be on the property for two daily visits to feed and care for the animals. They are not permitted to come up the driveway.

Maid service is only included for rentals that are four or more days. This includes a daily turn down service and refresher of the home.
