Gas Grill with propane tank is provided. We do not refill the tank, so when it goes empty, please feel free to exchange the tank at a local gas station or Home Depot for around $20.

Pool Settings are all scheduled. When purchased, Pool Heat is set to 85 degrees, however if air temps drop below 70 degrees it can affect pool temp, so unfortunately pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.

Pool heater is $25/night, offered from October till May.

Dogs are allowed for an additional $125/Pet per stay.

If you choose flexible cancelation policy, you can cancel your trip 1 day prior to arrival and get a full refund.
