Primary bedroom with king bed which can be separated into 2 twins should sleeping arrangements be preferred. Dresser, nightstands and TV complete the room. Private bath attached. 2nd bedroom with twin beds, dresser and TV. Linen closet with extra sheets and towels. Stackable washer and dryer. Kitchen with granite and stainless appliances fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals. Kitchen also overlooks the dining area and great room for carefree enjoyment. Basic cable and internet included. Covered back porch with furniture to enjoy your morning coffee, watch the golfers pass by on Greg Norman #13 or have a cocktail in the evening with sounds of the water fountain in view. Access to community pool, tennis courts and basketball. Minutes to Barefoot Landing with all of its restaurants, shops, bars, live music and more. 7 minute drive to the beach. Please note, 3rd floor walk up, no elevator!

Additional $100 charge if late checkout after 11:00 am.- late checkout may be possible- need to check on possibility in advance.
NO smoking inside the condo, please go outside to smoke and dispose of all butts properly.
NO illegal drugs or any illegal activities of kind allowed on premises.
Motorcycles and Trailers are not allowed per HOA guidelines.
Guests are provided 2 pool passes during stay, if lost, misplaced or not returned upon check out, there will be a $200 per replacement of each pass.
Only guests on the reservation are allowed to stay at the condo, $50 will be charged for additional unauthorized guest.
PLEASE NOTE: Barefoot Resort is home to many residents and vacationers alike, as such quiet time is strongly enforced from 11:00pm -8:00am
