Come enjoy Little Saint Germain Lake at this 3+ Bedroom 2 and 1/2 Bath private home with flat frontage. Total of 4 Queen beds & 2 Sleeper Sofas. Incredible views not only from outside but also a view of water from every room in the house. Some of the most incredible sunrises you've ever seen. We have a fully stocked kitchen, pizza oven, gas fireplace on main level and electric fireplace on lower level, cable w/Netflix, Prime, etc., Fiber optic WiFi, & washer/dryer. Private dock with sitting bench, fire pit area with 12 chairs and free firewood. Beautiful patio with flowers and a charcoal grill will make for your best vacation yet. Nature abounds at this wonderful property. We also offer rentals for our 20 ft pontoon boat, 2 Kayaks, &/or our stand up Paddleboard.

In Winter Come enjoy snowmobiling or ice fishing right outside the front door of this East facing Lake home on South Bay of Little Saint Germain. Gorgeous sunrises and breathtaking views. Enjoy Bald Eagles, Deer, & abundant Wildlife.

Place was great! Cabin was clean and had everything we needed. We rented the pontoon boat that was reasonably priced which was an added bonus. Our family enjoyed fishing, swimming and the campfires. It was a great vacation spot!

Wonderful

Stayed on little St Germain many times. Loved the location of this property as it was almost a little private bay. Allowed for safe kayaking and swimming for the kids. The house had everything we needed and more. Will stay again

Perfrct place for a little getaway

Very nice home with everything you need in the kitchen. Warm cabin decor throughout, pretty patio and great campfire area at the shore. All beds (including pull out sofa) were very comfortable! We rented the owner's pontoon boat and did a lot of fishing. There is an ice cream and coffee shop you can boat to. Location is great, minutes from downtown St. Germain and only a 20 min drive to Minocqua. Brian was very nice and accommodating. My children and husband had a great time as well. I would highly recommend this propeerty.

Great Place for a Week Getaway

The house and grounds are very well kept. We had an enjoyable week with boating and fishing on Little St Germain (recommend renting the pontoon and kayaks - very reasonable rates).

Nice cottage

Conformable and clean! Nice owners, very helpful. Little Saint Germain lake is a little busy, especially on the 4th, but the house is great!

Beautiful Relaxing Weekend Up North

Staying here was a dream! Brian was so helpful and detailed at check in. He showed us the amenities and the property. The property itself is gorgeous and the views were stunning. Our favorite parts were making smores by the fire and going kayaking on the lake. It was the perfect peaceful up north getaway that we were looking for! Thank you Brian!!

Relaxing and cozy home

We really enjoyed our stay. The home and property is very cozy and relaxing. We saw deer in the evening and eagles every morning and evening. I did some fishing off the dock and caught plenty of bluegill and perch. I even caught a nice size smallmouth bass one evening. ( I catch and release). The home has everything you need. We did bring our own soap for the shower, but everything else was supplied. A plus was WIFI and Dish TV. Brian was a great host and told us to just call him if we needed anything. He said he’s just 10 minutes away. The bed in the master was very comfortable, and having 2 bathrooms was also a plus. We would definitely stay here again when we get up that way.

The only complaint I have is that the neighbor's house is very close--I would have been disappointed if someone was there as we were looking for peace and quiet.

Birthday Getaway

This is our second visit this year and we love the house and area. We had a wonderful time. The area is so peaceful. Loved watching all the fishermen and wildlife on the lake and property. We would highly recommend and plan on coming back in the future. Thank you for everything.

Weekend Get Away

We were very impressed with the cabin and the entire property. The host communicated with us before we arrived and checked in with us during our stay. The cabin had everything we needed! We will definitely be back!!!

Peaceful, serene setting

We stayed three nights at this wonderful German style lake cabin. The home was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and the location was wonderful! We especially enjoyed watching the sunrise on the dock and lakeview from inside the house. We also rented the pontoon boat to tour the lake and watch the sunset. It was a truly a wonderful vacation!

Great place on Little St Germain

Our second time here. Love the house , the lake , and the views. Brian is a great host , quickly returned with answers to any questions. Everything was clean with plenty of supplies. Highly recommend and would love to stay again.

Family trip

We had a great time staying at this property and would highly recommend for a nice getaway. The house was very clean and upgraded, had full kitchen with a big breakfast bar, fire pit and was nice and quiet on the lake. Pontoon boat readily available for rent was an added bonus. Plenty of nearby bars, restaurants and convenience stores 1.5-3 miles away

In the 1980's, Mary and her husband David, started vacationing in St. Germain with their family. They loved it so much that they later decided to purchase this beautiful property located on Little Saint Germain Lake.
In the early 2000's, they made this their full-time home. Now finding themselves well into retirement, they decided to share this little heavenly paradise with others.

You will find that this property is private and secluded. None of the 4 homes located on "Birch Point Peninsula" (as it used to be named) are full-time residents.
We are the only rental property situated along with 3 other properties, that are used for private vacation homes by the owners, friends, and their families.
We are located 1/2 way between Eagle River and Minocqua.
There are so many things to do and to see in the area that are sure to make your vacation an enjoyable experience.

This property has awesome lake frontage with a large level area located by the water. There is an incredible fire pit with free firewood. Sit on the wooden swing or grill out on the beautiful patio, as you take in the incredible view of Little St. Germain Lake. There is a private dock for your boat and toys such as kayaks, canoes, boats, and paddle boards. We also have 2 pontoon boats, paddle board, and 2 kayaks available for rent. You will not experience a more beautiful sunrise while staying at this spectacular lake home. Enjoy your morning coffee or tea as you take in the incredible view and plan your day. Whether it's Springtime fishing, Summer water activities, Fall hunting, or Winter sports, this is the place to be! Especially snowmobiling as the trail runs across the lake several hundred yards in front of the property. This area is know as the snowmobile capital of the world. We hope you will come and experience our place in St. Germain for yourselves, you won't be disappointed.
Note: We also have a washer and dryer for available for use.
