The artisan house, built in 1623, was completely renovated in 1985. According to city archives there was originally a brewery and later a wheelwright. The house brand anvil with roses was used after the renovation in 1985 and is intended to commemorate the craftsmen of the house and the roses in Friedrichstadt. The green inner courtyard is lovingly designed and invites you to linger. Here is also a storage for bicycles. The house has its own jetty on the canal. The old town with shops, restaurants and cafes, museums and churches and the market square are within walking distance under 10 minutes.

The two-storey, cozy and quiet apartment is located in the extension of the house with its own entrance in the courtyard. It has been renovated and furnished with great attention to detail. The ground floor has a bathroom with shower and toilet and a small hallway with wardrobe for the wardrobe and the living room with a well-equipped kitchenette and a dining area. The sitting area with couch and armchair invites you to relax. Table lamps Lamps in the decorated window niches exude a Nordic atmosphere. It looks hyggelig and comfortable.
