Detailed arrival and parking information was very helpful. Perfect location downtown. Nice apartment. Had everything I needed for a quick stay in Knoxville.

Location was great. Loft was clean and spacious. Unfortunately, I experienced an extreme amount of noise from the rooftop above the loft which kept me awake until 3am one night. Iā€™m not sure if this was a one-off as I only stayed for two nights.

Beautiful get away

My husband and I wanted to spend our Birthday week exploring a location neither of us had ever visited. The Taylor Loft was located in a central location in historic downtown. It had everything we needed! We walked everywhere and took in all the history of Knoxville. We drove to Meads Quarry 3 miles away for a day of fun in the sun. Saw the sights on a sunset cruise down the river. I highly recommend visiting and the staying at the Loft.

Perfect location and stunning space

Our time in downtown Knoxville was even more enjoyable because we could walk to everything. Steps away from Gay street, we got breakfast and gifts at the farmers market on Saturday morning, joined the line for Cruze Farm ice cream at night, parked with ease just down the block at the state street garage, and had easy access to Old City and campus (by car.) The studio space was enormous! We could have fit our family of four but enjoyed the spaciousness afforded to just two people. Real hardwood floors, beautiful new kitchen with everything we needed, comfortable king bed, and a spectacular view from the floor to ceiling windows of the fireworks after the minor league baseball game on Friday night. Thank you Kristiana for sharing this luxurious space for our last visit to Knoxville!

Loft Studio

The room was very nice and clean. There were some issues with the access pad to gain entry into the building. However, the host was able to have it resolved with maintenance.

Perfect hotel alternative

This place was a true gem. Came in for Family Weekend with my two teenage daughters. This is the perfect alternative for a family/group who has 3-4 people and would otherwise squeeze into a single hotel room. Bright, beautiful, clean and spacious with all the amenities you could need. High ceilings and additional kitchen space make it live much larger than the square footage. Easy in/out right onto the main drag of downtown Knoxville and walkable to the football stadium. My daughter said it "looked like something off Pinterest:)" If I could offer a slight accommodation it would be additional bed pillows for the pullout and a sound machine for the night noises that come with beautiful old buildings like this. The couch and pullout is probably only big enough for only one person, was perfect for the three of us. Thank you!

Very cute loft in the heart of the city

Overall this loft was adorable and perfect for hosting my sisters celebration! It was right on gay street and close to everything you would need downtown! Would definitely recommend for the cool downtown experience

There was an issue with the online description of the place. The property manager was very quick to respond and correct the problem. The listing has since been updated to reflect the correct information. Great location and very walkable! We would happily stay here again!

This loft was absolutely perfect! The pictures are great, but itā€™s even cuter in person. We loved everything about it! Comfy bed, beautiful decor, hot shower, and super quiet. It was close to all of the fun and nightlife, too. Will be my first choice anytime I travel back to Knoxville!

Superb Accomadation

The location, the decor and furnishings, ease of parking and host communications all deserve 5 Stars. We will hope that this unit is available for our next visit, and will be sorely disappointed if we have to look elsewhere.

Lofty Expectations Met

What an amazing place this loft is. 1st time for us and I'm sure not the last. Everything was as pictured. Location was great. Nice and walkable. What you can't see, is how actually warm and inviting, and peaceful it is. Plenty of room and comfortable... couch, very comfortable kitchen bar stools and bed. All top notch. We will definately stay here again if we return to Knoxville.

Knoxville is an amazing town and these properties in which I have been entrusted to are in the heart of downtown Knoxville. I grew up in Knoxville and I am most excited to be sharing it with people from all over. There are always fun things going on in Knoxville from: walking to Market Square, visiting the Old City, and taking a stroll through World's Fair Park there always seem to have something happening. And not to mention Tennessee Football!
