Costa Vista #1 is a 4 story, 2,400 square foot, 4 bedroom/ 3 bathroom townhouse set high on a coral ridge with a spectacular view of the Caribbean Sea, located a short five minute walk from the beach and a local supermarket. Access to a pool and gardens for relaxation.

The townhome has a spacious full kitchen with all amenities, and comfortable living room with two couches. The wrap around patio has an outdoor dining area as does the rooftop deck. There is a washer/dryer and all bedrooms are air conditioned.

This spacious, modern end unit townhome in a gated community is the perfect coastal retreat for couples, families, or friends. The views of the west coast of the island from this home are unrivaled. It is equipped with Wi-Fi, a TV with numerous viewing options, a washer and dryer, ample storage, and air conditioning in every room. There are four bedrooms equipped with comfortable bedding and lovely cooling sheets . 1 queen bed, 1 full/double bed, and two rooms with 2 twin beds each. They are each cozy and perfect for sleeping. There are three full baths.

The living room is spacious and colorful with a mixture of modern and traditional furnishings. Listen to music, play games, read, or catch up with friends in this fun space. There is also a lovely wrap around patio off of the living room with views of the Barbados coast and of the surrounding lush vegetation to enjoy anytime of the day.

The spacious kitchen is well-equipped (dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, blender, toaster, coffee maker, etc.), with sparkling granite countertops, and is fully stocked (spices, teas, etc.). Enjoy the morning with a piping hot cup of coffee or a lovely dinner in the evening.

For splendid views of the island and ocean, take to the rooftop deck. There you will find a grill, a cooler for storing beverages, a table that seats 5, and 2 loungers for entertaining, reading, napping, or sunbathing. This is the perfect location for yoga at sunrise or a cool beverage at sunset. The spiral staircase leading to this rooftop paradise may not be suitable for children under 10 years of age.

The beach awaits, but if a quick dip in the water is your desire then the beautiful and well maintained swimming pool will call to you. Although the pool is shared with the other six townhomes in this gated community it will feel like your own private retreat.

The grounds are manicured and if you look closely, you just might see monkeys!!

Costa Vista 1 is perfectly located. It is a short five minute walk to Fitts Village beach and Jordan's grocery stores. Wendy's Sport bar for local foot and Il Tiempo (Italian) restaurants are also within walking distance. Holetown and shopping is short drive away.

Please take note, there are numerous steps that lead to Costa Vista 1 from the gated access. Costa Vista 1 is at top of the steps pictured. If you are walking to the beach, grocery store or surrounding area, you will get your exercise. If you are using a driving service or driving yourself then you can park or be dropped off in the designed parking space located right outside of your Costa Vista 1 townhouse.
