Country View Lodging In the heart of Amish Country

Welcome to our lodge. We invite you to come and enjoy our vacation rental. Our goal is to create a place where you can relax and be refreshed. You will find yourself out in the middle of Amish Country, where the horses in the pasture are happy to great you. Enjoy our wicker venue on the front porch, watch the horse and buggies go by. Our spacious area was the business of Country View Wicker for 22 yrs. We are sisters and grew up on the farm down the road.
The space
You will find our place handicap accessible for anyone with disabilities. The one bedroom has a queen with master bath. Second bedroom has a king with daybed and pullout twin pop up trundle. The main bathroom has the shower and toilet with handicap bars. There is a sofa bed in the main area that has an electric pump for the mattress. Stocked kitchen with a dining table that extends. Washer and dryer for you to use.
Other things to note
Enjoy the many things in the area to do. Charm is only 4 miles where Charm Pizza is a great place to eat or order delivery. Charm is also the home of Keim Home Center. Baltic, Sugarcreek, Walnut Creek and Berlin are less the 25 minutes with lots of shopping and dining options.

We had a great weekend and really enjoyed our stay! The home was very clean, private, and spacious! It was very easy to find and easy check in process. We will definitely stay here when we get back to the area!

The home was in pristine condition!! Beautifully decorated and very clean. Everything we needed was available! The atmosphere was welcoming and warm! We had snow while we were there and by 7am, the driveway was cleared and the owner was over with a snow shovel to clear the sidewalk!! We were able to go out as if it hadn't snowed!! I highly recommend this rental as one of the best we've ever stayed!!

Country View Cottage was cozy, comfortable, and impeccably kept. It was beautifully decorated with all of the conveniences of home. It was especially nice to have easy wheelchair access throughout the cottage, with a thoughtful layout that well suited the needs of our family of 4. This lodge is likely to become our homebase anytime we return to the area!

Very nice and clean house. Love the front porch. Horses and cows across the road my daughter loved that. Very quiet. Flowers were beautiful and house was beautifully decorated. Beds were so comfortable. Loved the big rooms and plenty of comfy places to sit and relax. Would stay here again.

This is an excellent rental that exceeds expectations. It is clean, comfortable, cozy, and quiet. The landscape of rolling hills is breathtaking. Nearby are quaint shops, cafes, and restaurants. It is ideal!

My three friends and I really enjoyed our stay! Accommodations were perfect. Multiple beds and bathrooms worked out really well.The property is so quiet and peaceful. I highly reccommend!

Wonderful!

My family and I highly recommend staying here. The place was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch. This is a fabulous place to stay and easily drivable to Berlin, Walnut Creek and Sugar Creek.

Peaceful Setting

The house was beautiful, roomy and tastefully decorated. There was plenty of room for all of us to sit together but still enough room for a toddler to have a lot of room to play. There is not cable TV but plenty of DVDs for you to watch. The most impressive part was how clean the whole house was- spotless! This is a great family vacation spot!

Our stay was wonderful. The pictures and descriptions were well stated but when we walked in the door of the cottage we were stunned. It was so clean, roomy, welcoming and EXACTLY what we needed. Our stay was amazing and the location was perfect. So quiet that we could enjoy the singing birds and also the quiet clipping of passing buggiest or bicycles. We enjoyed The Farm at Walnut Creek and also the Harshberg Farm. We were remote but not too far of a drive to go shopping, events or places to eat. Small shops were close by for emergencies too. We ended up needing liquid Tylenol and a child’s thermometer and found shops close that had them. Everyone is so friendly and I found myself forced to slow down. This was exactly what I needed. We plan to come back and to do so often. Verna and Etta were so kind, friendly and helpful. I feel like I made two new friends and I hope to come again this year. Additionally I plan on telling my friends , family and acquaintances all about this property!!
