The kitchen was extremely dated. On day two, the dishwasher broke mid-cycle, leaving us with dirty dishes sitting in standing water for the remainder of our stay. Management was unable to repair or replace it. The stove does not function properly, the non-stick coating on the pans is completely worn off, and the cookware is extremely old. The knives are so dull they are practically unusable, and the countertops are linoleum. There was no ice maker and no ice trays provided.Basic supplies were also lacking. The toilet paper was extremely low quality, and the pillows were so uncomfortable that we ended up going to Target to buy our own.The internet connection repeatedly cut out during our stay. Management was eventually able to get it working halfway through, but the TV would also drop whenever the internet went down.Parking may be the strangest setup we’ve ever encountered. On the positive side, the location is good and close to Teton Village, the shuttle is convenient, and the condo itself is spacious, which was nice, especially with three bathrooms.Overall, the experience was disappointing. Management offered a 112 credit for everything that did not work, which felt more insulting than helpful, especially since we never asked for compensation. (They also offered to pay for paper plates.) We would not book this condo again and would not recommend it to others.

Very clean. Great communication. We had a couple minor issues and they were handled promptly. Wonderful location and a very nice, but old, condo. Overall it was a nice place to stay. Good amenities and great space. I would recommend it.

Nice condo, clean, great to have 3 BR and washer/dryer in unit. Good location. Would have been nice to have some info about local restaurants. I asked specifically about whether the unit had a hair dryer because it was not listed, and was told “no”. Brought mine from home and found a hair dryer in the unit. Annoying! Cleaning person opened door and started to enter the unit without knocking more than 1 hour before checkout this morning.

Nice condo for 10

The condo was clean, comfortable, and had enough rooms and bathrooms for our family of ten! It was nice with a few minor things that probably need just a little attention from the manager. We were disappointed that there was only one parking spot, and only a couple extras nearby. Two times we had nowhere to park our second vehicle, and the lot suggested was a 15 minute drive away with no overnight parking. Thankfully we found the Ranch Lot in Teton Village on our own. It was a five minute drive away. Also, the top bunks had no railings and were very close to the ceiling. We loved visiting the National Parks and other things in the area!!

Good condo for 10!

We enjoyed that there were 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. We had plenty of room! We also liked the location and spent a lot of time in the National Parks and Jackson. We were disappointed that there was only one parking spot available and we had a hard time finding a place for our second vehicle. The lot recommended by Vacasa was a 15 minute drive away and didn't have overnight parking. We found the Ranch lot at Teton Village ourselves and it had free overnight parking. The top bunks are very close to the ceiling and don't have railings. It seemed unsafe for young children and cramped for older people. It's a nice place to stay!

Great property and location

This was a great location and plenty of room for our group. Well stocked with supplies in kitchen, laundry, and bathrooms. No shortage of towels or sheets. Only complain was not letting us know check in until about 24 hours prior to arrival. Would have liked it a week in advance. We had already left for vacation by the time the info came through. Glad I did not have to print a parking pass because would not have been able to at that point. Of note to the owner, we could not find a plug for the kitchen sink. Looked everywhere. Made doing dishes difficult. Perhaps think of replacing this?

Comfortable condo

We enjoyed staying at this condo while spending time looking for wildlife and hiking in the Teton NP. It was comfortable and clean. We appreciated the use of the garage. Dinner at Gather in Jackson was delicious! Thank you!

Clean and comfortable for family of 8

Great location to Teton national park and Jackson for shopping. House was very clean and had ample space for our family of 8. Tons of towels and bedding. Excellent communication for questions/issues. Enjoyed our time here. Thank you so much for sharing this space with our family.

Weekend away with my daughters

This was a great rental. I loved the location to Teton National Pak, restaurants, and trails. The bedrooms were great sizes, as was the living area and balcony. It was clean, updated and welcoming.

Location is everything and this was the perfect location very spacious unit, garage parking, easy access to Teton Village and it’s a manatees, easy access to Jackson hole and very easy access into the Tetons. Perfect location and very comfortable home. Highly recommend.

Great Unit

Great unit! Easy check-in, clean, roomy, easy check-out procedures. Pulling into the garage was tight as the drive-way portion was short. Would stay at this unit again.

3 bed 3 baths are great for a group

Loved the three bedrooms and three bathrooms for our group of eight. Clean space and the in-unit washer and dryer was convenient. The parking is hard if there’s more than one or two vehicles. The garage door did not work for me during my stay.
