All around wonderful

We stayed here on our way to a family vacation and it just as advertised. Very nice and clean. The host is very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

The location provided easy access to shopping, dining, beach. The property was nicely decorated and the layout provided adequate space. I would recommend and check in was easy.

Nice quiet safe area!

Property is very nice, modern, and clean. This is the second time we have booked this property. It is located close to the University and is convenient to the interstate, shopping, and restaurants. You will not be disappointed with this fabulous rental.

Excellent stay!

We were visiting a college-daughter in town and needed a place to stay. This townhome is beautiful and spacious! It was conveniently located to shopping, restaurants, and easy access to the highway made for an easy route to the college district and the beach. The manager was very easy to communicate with and we enjoyed it so much, we are already making plans for the next trip simply because we now have a great place to stay!

Listing is looks as pictured. Beautiful home, very modern and clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Juan was quick to reply if I had question. Check in process was seamless. Townhome is cozy. Maybe add a TV in the 2nd bedroom would be a nice addition. Neighborhood was quiet. No issues. Will definitely stay again if the dates are available.

Very nice space. Very clean. The door lock was hard to use. Also, would prefer a regular cable TV. We don't like ROKU type/streaming TV service. Too hard to use. Would definitely stay again!! Thank you!!

Beautiful Townhome & Wonderful Property Manager

I just moved to Florida from Texas...and we stopped in Pensacola to spend the night and rest. I chose this home because it welcomed my orange tabby cat. The home was beautiful, clean, and welcoming. And, I cannot say enough good things about Juan. He is a wonderful communicator and was very responsive to me. Even after my stay, he was quick to get back to me when I thought I had left sentimental pieces of jewelry behind. Thank you so much, Juan!

Hard to find

Stuck down deep in the information was “Admiral’s Quarters”, this is very important. So the first night it was late I was exhausted so I got a hotel room bc I’d been on two wild goose chases. One I ended up on a donkey trail in Pine Forest and the other on Joy Street bc I hit the VRBO get directions to property. The next day I went looking for the property in a high traffic, mushed together townhouse area. Everyone’s garbage can was sitting out at the street, cars parked everywhere on the small streets, and no place to maneuver. I finally found the location went in and was disappointed by the lack of luxury. The bedding had someone’s old comforter, one ply sheets, and no mattress pad. If this is luxury then I’m honestly not interested. I stay bc I’ve already paid, lack of tv in main bedroom was disappointing. Please invest in darkening curtains or black out curtains bc people in the area are afraid of the dark. During the night I was freezing and had to get up and find another blanket which there were none in the closet. I went to another room and got a college dorm size comforter from a twin bed. In the morning I pulled off the one ply sheets and found that the mattress was stained with either a pee or sex stain. I was completely horrified but honestly not shocked. Thanks “Luxury Condo” for a less than “luxury” stay. Please owner take these comments and do something better bc I paid my hard earned money to stay somewhere “great”!

Beautiful home in a quiet area close to town

This was my first VRBO booking and I did not know what to expect. But I was relieved to see that the property was exactly as advertised!! It was clean and comfortable and super quiet and very spacious. Check-In process was easy! The only issue we had was that my family has allergies to scented items. House had scented plug ins and linens provided were also washed in scented laundry soap. We were not expecting that since most hotels have discontinued using scented items. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay and it was nice to have space to relax for the short time we were there. Our host was super nice and very prompt, and professional with all communications. We would book here again!
