4.5 Miles to the fairgrounds with only one turn and no traffic lights. Two master bedrooms. Beds for 7.

A note about the property. This is our primary residence and is set up as such but we will be making it available for the Maryland 5 Star event. The house will be clean and clutter free but will retain some personal effects. Each bedroom will have 3 drawers per person and limited closet space. Some drawers, cabinets, and closets may be discretely taped shut but there will be ample storage space available for your stay. With advance notice we should be able to accommodate most of your needs.

Hot tub and fenced in back yard with dog door and large fire pit with seating for 7. Dogs might be accepted upon talking with us before booking. 6 person hot tub on spacious deck in quiet neighborhood bordering Fair Hill Natural Resources Area. Well equipped modern kitchen with open floor plan. A medium sized catered type of event on the property is negotiable. The adjacent property has a 3/4 acre pasture and a stall that can be rented.

Photos of bedrooms have not been uploaded. Both masters are medium sized and have nice ensuite bathrooms. All bedrooms are clean and updated and have the same level of finish found in the rest of the house.
