This host was marvelous. He was very communicative & super accommodating! The home was very spacious & conveniently located near the airport. It was clean but one of my kids did see a roach on the kitchen countertop. I also was expecting a bbq grill since it was listed in the rental listing bt we improvised. All in all we would def choose this home again if we visit ATL again. Thanks.

Brothers Trip

The property was perfect for our gathering! All amenities were as stated and clean! The host made check in easy and communicated well. The location was perfect and close to everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again and recommend you do as well!

Wonderful birthday experience

This home was perfect for my guest traveling in from out of state. We had plenty of room and enjoyed the game rooms. The beds were very comfortable, check in was easy, we were 20 mins from the airport and close to other attractions. Josh was a great host.

Women Retreat

The house was great for our Women Retreat and relaxing for those that stayed the two days. The host was very accommodating and easy to reach. We felt welcome from the time we walked through the door. We were able to accommodate 21 ladies for our Day Session Conference. Everyone loved the place. A big thank you to the host.

Great Spot for a party!!

Celebrated my birthday here and it was seamless! Lots of space and ambient lighting that adds a great vibe to the party. Only thing about the location is itā€™s close to some train tracks that crosses over the main road leading to the house. I was unable to reach the house to setup for my party for about 30 minutes as the train sat on the tracks and didnā€™t move. So just be advised knowing/taking backroads would be helpful!

Beautiful and Comfortable

The house was what we hoped for and more. It was large and spacious. We were in town for a family reunion and other family came to our house to meet up. The game room and pool table proved to be just what we needed for the kids. Joshua was easy to contact and quick to respond. We all enjoyed the house very much. He is a super host!!!šŸ˜ŠšŸ˜ŠšŸ˜ŠšŸ˜Š

Family friendly

The size of the house was sufficient for our group of 13 ages 4-50. The beds were comfy. Unfortunately, there was not enough bedding, towels were sparse, the floors were dirty and the kitchen was not well equipped. We didnā€™t have silverware or glasses. It made it difficult to cook meals for our large group. The host did bring another set of bedding and a few more towels which we appreciated. To the owner: my suggestion would be to have more Living room furniture, a better equipped kitchen and at least two towels per person. The dryer also does not work well. It gets really hot but the air does not circulate through, Iā€™m afraid you may have clogged duct work and it could catch fire. The place is a great space, but to host a large group it really needs more seating and kitchen supplies. Thank you for working with us.

ā€¢ Limited supply: o Of cheap toilet paper and paper towels. The host asked us how many people would be staying, and we were still given very limited supplies. On top of that, the toilet paper and paper towels were very thin. o Even after claiming to have a ā€œFully Equipped Kitchenā€, it had a limited amounts of kitchen utensils (pots, skillets, etc), cups, and plates. o Bathroom towels ā€¢ Unclean, even though the host claimed to have had professional cleaners perform ā€œa thorough cleaning processā€ prior to arrival. o Ceiling fans had very thick layers of dust on each of the blades. It was to the point where clumps and strings of dust were hanging off of each of the blades. o When we first walked into the location, our instinct was to take off our shoes, but we quickly learned that this was a mistake. The floors felt so grimy, we had to have some type of footwear on in order to comfortably walk inside the premises. ā€¢ Broken game room o One of the greatest selling points of this location was the game room, so it was very disappointing to find that none of the games were in the condition we expected. o The air hockey table had a broken leg and didnā€™t turn on. o The billiards table was worn out and so were the cue sticks. There were also broken pockets. o The foosball table had stiff sticks, which made it difficult to play ā€¢ Actually not 10 minutes away, but it was 10 miles away from airport; which is about 20 minutes.

Amazing Place

This check in and check out was very simple and easy i complicated at all. Loveeee the greeting with the birthday sign. The property was very clean and set up really nice.Good neighborhood not far from airport. Really enjoyed the place. Would definitely book again if visiting in town.

Joshua, Was an excellent host! He was very effective at communicating throughout the whole process. We accidentally locked ourselves out and he came so quickly and opened the door! This did not hinder my wedding night. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. It was clean and spacious and this property is beautiful in person. Don't hesitate to rent this property.
