Charming details include terracotta floors and exposed beam ceilings. Firewood is provided for your convenience.

A quiet 10-unit property, the beautifully updated Zona Rosa complex is 2 blocks from the historic plaza and a 10-minute stroll from the trendy Railyard District.

SAN ANTONIO

Located on the ground floor, this all-suite condo sleeps six guests.

The inviting living area features a queen sofa bed and a 50” smart TV. A wood-burning fireplace adds warm ambience. The complimentary firewood is seasonal (Oct to April). The chimney flues are open during that time and then closed after the season.

Whip up delicious meals in the kitchen, outfitted with granite counters and stainless-steel appliances. Enjoy meals at the four-person kitchen bar or the lovely hand-crafted dining table.

The primary suite is appointed with a king bed, 50” smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest suite holds two full-size beds, a 50” smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Step out for fresh air anytime on the patio, outfitted with a custom drop leaftable and chairs for four and benchseating for 2.

SANTA RITA

This second-story condo sleeps up to eight guests. Elevators are not available.

Unwind in the open living area, configured with a queen sofa bed, a 42” smart TV, and a wood-burning fireplace. The complimentary firewood is seasonal (Oct to April). The chimney flues are open during that time and then closed after the season.

Indulge your inner chef in the sleek full kitchen, equipped with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. Sip morning coffee at the kitchen bar, outfitted with seating for four. Then dine together at the table set for six.

All three bedrooms boast comfortable king beds and smart TVs.

The main en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination, while the guest bathroom features a walk-in shower.

Watch the stars come out on the balcony, furnished with seating for four.
