The house is located with three other cottages on a 3500 sqm area in the middle of fields in the quiet village Neverow. The garden is equipped with a sandpit, swing and big Bolzwiese. Two farms with small animal livestock are the immediate neighbors and the Baltic Sea is about 8 km. The Berlin-Usedom cycle path leads directly from the house in about 12 km to the beach Ahlbeck to the Baltic Sea.
In 2003, the house was built as a semi-detached house and furnished with a cozy living-dining area, 2 bedrooms, an open sleeping loft and 2 bathrooms. With its own sauna and modern, well-equipped kitchen, our house offers everything that makes your vacation enjoyable. A private terrace with barbecue, garden furniture and parasol belong as well as the stove to the equipment. The house 2 is ideal for a family and can accommodate 4 to 6 people. As an alternative, we also offer our house 4 (apartment # 2042236) or for more guests our cottage 1 (Fewo NR 32815). For large groups we offer all three houses.
