It was fully refurbished in 2020 and brought to the highest architectural standards, including fully air-conditioned bedrooms, floor heating throughout the space and a professional kitchen. Security is on the perimeter 24/7 and two maids provide daily cleaning. A cook, personal trainer and nanny can be booked. It sleeps 14 adults and up to 4 kids in 7 Bedrooms and one Kids room.

The property is situated on a 2.5acre/1ha plot Nice and Antibes. Next to the famous Saint Paul de Vence, with 25mins drive from the Nice Airport, 40 mins each from Nice, Cannes, Antibes and 60 mins from Monaco. The medieval village of Tourrettes-sur-Loup is within walking distance of the Property. Directly surrounding the property is a protected forest with scenic hiking and biking trails.

Nestled on a verdant hillside, the villa enjoys panoramic sweeping views of the sea from its terraces and interiors. It has a large, heated pool, a Spa with Jacuzzi and Sauna, a fully equipped Gym (Pilates/Gymnastics/Yoga/Weightlifting) as well as a professional kitchen with 4 BBQs and a dining table that can sit up to 25 guests. Guests can visit and buy wines from its own 8.000 bottle cave of Europe’s rarest wines and vintages. It also has its own professional photo studio and lighting equipment. There is a Pool/Billiard room, a Library, and a TV room as well as a large Boccia/Boules/Petanque area and several distributed sun lounge areas and Terrasses. There is a direct Fibre Internet line to the house with Wifi and Sonos Audio installed throughout.There are seven bedrooms and one Children’s bedroom with a bunk bed, sleeping up to 4 kids. All bedrooms are fully airconditioned/heated, with premium king size beds and 5* hotel grade Egyptian cotton sheets. The master terrasse is 600sqf/60m2 and we can provide a translucent tent to sleep there outside under the stars.

The property is an ideal base to explore Cannes and its Film Festival, the Monaco Yacht Show and Grand Prix as well as the unique flair of the French Riviera. Contemporary art is found throughout the house, in line with the unique artistic history of the Provence and Cote d’Azur.

In addition to the unique wine cellar, guests can charter the fastest yacht in South France for up to 12 guests and a cruising speed of 60nm (max speed above 75nm) (as of March 2022), allowing for less than 1hr shuttles between Monaco and Saint Tropez. We can arrange a luxury chef to cook for guests as well as personal trainers, nannies and a laundry service.

Subject to availability, the neighbouring Villa Laurelis can be booked alongside this Villa Maxima for larger family reunions, professional offsites or destination weddings, sleeping in total 22 Adults and up to 8 kids.
