**NOTE: Wristbands are required in our gated community for security reasons and gives you access to Horizon South's incredible amenities. Bands are $20/person from the office. Children 6 and under no not need wristbands. The office can be found on Horizon Drive near the pool and tennis courts. Parking passes are required and can also be retrieved from the office. Parking passes are $25 each vehicle**

BEDROOMS:
The primary bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV, large closet, and a new washer & dryer

The bunkbeds are comfy twins with a reading light for each bunk to enjoy!

LIVING ROOM:
Living room has a brand-new sofa and a large flat screen TV with streaming capabilities, and a big coffee table for dining or games

KITCHEN:
Large fully equipped kitchen with bar seating

Bar has three stools for morning coffee and delicious dinners

LAUNDRY:
New washer & dryer in the primary bedroom!

PATIO:
The front patio has comfortable outdoor bistro table and chairs set

IMPORTANT NOTES:
NO pets of any kind. If you bring a pet there will be a $500 fee per pet and you will be asked to leave without a refund

NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND in the condo or on the patio. Smoking must be done out in the parking away from the building

4 Guest Maximum. Any additional guests will be $20/person per day.

Host Office Business Hours: 9/8c-6/5c 7 days per week on VRBO Messenger only.

IMPORTANT:

All guests must be 25+ with the exception of children with their parents.

Per PCB Fire Dept. - max occupancy is 4 guests.

Unless an emergency, we do not send maintenance to the property during your stay. Only after you depart.

There is a Blink camera on the front exterior of the home for your protection. If you touch or tamper with the camera you will be asked to leave the property immediately. This is for your protection!

The pools, hot tub, and other amenities are USE AT YOUR OWN RISK! There is no lifeguard on duty at the pools & hot tub.

We recommend securing travel insurance for your trip! It comes in handy if you need to cancel for any reason, but would need to be purchased BEFORE you arrive at our home. We recommend using Google to find that one that best fits you and your needs, but if you have any questions don’t hesitate to ask!

No late check-out or early check-in. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $50.00 dollars for the first half hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.

Pets are NOT allowed. You will be charged $500 if you bring a pet and asked to leave without a refund.

Absolutely no fires! Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages
