Welcome to Villa St Barth!
A luxurious, central and peaceful Waterfront Villa with heated pool on a gorgeous and large canal, w/ gym & Sauna, pool table and so much more. Have a drink around the fire pit at sunset time followed by a barbecue on the large outdoor covered patio. You will enjoy every minute of your stay at Villa St. Barth, professionally designed to immerge yourself in a soft and Contemporary Vibe for an unforgettable stay. Located in the heart of Fort Lauderdale & Wilton Manors.

- Space for up to 4 cars on the Driveway ( no street parking allowed)
Interior:
- Master bedroom: King Bed w/ in suite Bathroom & Walk-in closet
- 2nd bedroom : King Bed w/ in suite Bathroom, Stand Alone Bath Tub & Walk-in closet
- 3rd bedroom : Queen Size Bed with Bathroom next to it
- 4th Bedroom : King Size Bed full of light and French doors
-5th Bedroom: Queen Bed
- Pool table
- 2 Bath tubs
- Kitchen: The Oversized Chef's Kitchen is nothing short of spectacular and is fully equipped with everything you will need while on vacation
- Separate 2nd kitchen and prep area next to it
- Laundry Room

- Lounge area with fire pit ( we do not refill the propane tank )
- Dining area with a 6 burner BBQ gas grill
- 4 sun lounge chaises

- Infra red Sauna
This is a very quiet and established neighborhood. *No Parties Allowed*...
Guest Access:
A unique door code will be given for a smooth and flexible check-in.
The Neighborhood:
3 minutes away from Wilton Dr. with all its shops, restaurants, bars and nightlife.
8 minutes from Las Olas Blvd.
Check out is at 11am unless requested and approved for later than 11am for $90. We charge an unauthorized late checkout fine of $250.
This is NOT a party house, there is a very strict noise policy in place with noise sensors. It is located on a quiet street, you don't like noisy neighbors? They don't either ;) Up to $350 fee per noise violation. We keep the right to cancel your booking for multiple violation of this house-rule. If code enforcement is called or drives by, they can issue you a $1200 fine as well.
This is a NON SMOKING property. 500$ fee for special smoke odor removal cleaning fee. We have smoke detectors in place that alert us to cigarette and marijuana smoke indoors. You will be fined and asked to leave with no refund of remaining nights.
Getting Around:
Villa St Barth is located in the heart of Fort Lauderdale in the luxury neighborhood of Coral Shores:
- 5 minutes from the Beach
- 3 minutes from the Coral Ridge Country Club
- 2 minutes from the grocery and shopping stores
- 3 minutes from Wilton Manors Blvd.
- 5 minutes from Sunrise Blvd.
- 10 minutes from Las Olas Blvd
- 17 minutes from the International Fort Lauderdale Airport
Walk or drive in the neighborhood. Easy access to everything, very central, lots of Uber and Lyft all day and night.
Other Things to Note:
*Minimum age to book is 25 years old. A rental agreement from Viac Management will be sent for signature following the confirmation of each reservation. Signing this document is mandatory.
*Please note that we provide complimentary toiletries for your arrival, but do not restock items during your stay.
*The home is equipped with a Ring Doorbell located at the front door for easy access and security purposes, and non recording noise sensors located in the dining room and outside patio that monitor decibel levels (they do not record video or conversations).
*Please note that this is a quiet neighborhood. Strict noise policy enforced on the property, by us, the community and by City Code Enforcement. Please be respectful of your neighbors and the City Rules, as well as house rules, at all times
*We ensure that our toilets are in perfect working condition prior to guest stay. Guests are responsible for any clogging and plumbing issues caused by flushing toilet paper, paper towels, sanitary products, and other materials. If the plumber finds evidence of such items, repair costs will be charged to the guests.
-Baby amenities such as a high chair and pack 'n play are available upon request for an additional fee, along with other baby gear to make your stay even more comfortable.
🐾 Pet & Service Animal Policy
We’re happy to welcome service dogs at no extra charge, in accordance with ADA guidelines.
We also welcome emotional support animals (ESA) and small pets under the following conditions:
Prior approval is required for all ESAs and pets.
We allow 1 dog under 25 lbs. Requests for additional pets or larger breeds may be approved on a case-by-case basis.
A non-refundable pet fee of $250 per pet will apply.
A refundable security deposit of $550 will be collected at the time of reservation.
🚫 Unauthorized animals are not allowed. A fine of $550 will apply if a pet is found on the property without prior approval.
