Be greeted by ocean-views and an amazing breeze as you walk in the door. The kitchen, dining room, and living room are appointed with everything you need. 2 bedrooms sleeps up to 8.

Secure complex. Gated community with security guards at entrance gate & front desk lobby. Walk to famous Kioskos de Luquillo. 10 minutes to El Yunque and Hacienda Carabali, 10-15 mins to areas for romantic horseback rides and fast ATVs! 40 min to Isla Verde Airport. 15-30 minutes to Fajardo. About 1 hour to Old San Juan. Enjoy the different restaurants and outdoor activities in the area!

I felt somewhat misled by the unit, as it appeared noticeably more worn than depicted in the photos. The sheets had stains, the area beneath the couch was dirty, and the stove differed from what was shown. The unit would benefit from a deep cleaning and possibly a fresh coat of paint. I also noticed small bugs throughout—understandable for an island, but still worth noting.The only air-conditioning consists of wall units in the bedrooms; the living room has only ceiling fans. While windows can be opened, the blinds do not fit well and slam against the wall.On the positive side, the beachside location and pool access are excellent. The unit was well-stocked with beach supplies, the beds and pillows were comfortable, and the bathroom was adequately equipped.Overall, it serves as a simple beach crash pad, but it would benefit from additional care and attention.

Perfect for the Beach!

We had a fantastic stay. All you need to bring is the family, clothes, and food (if you want to cook). This apartment has EVERYTHING you need to have perfect day at the beach. I highly recommend it. When we return, I’ll look into booking the apartment again!

First family vacation to Puerto Rico

The property is in a perfect location for all the things we wanted to do like El Yunque National Forest, Old San Juan, Ferry to Culebra (Flamenco Beach), and Bio Bay Night Kayak Tour. The property had everything we needed for our stay and grocery stores/restaurants were not far away. Marilyn was very responsive to our questions and was a pleasure to work with. The staff were very polite as well.

Great rental!

Stayed here with my husband and our two sons, ages 10 and 12. We really enjoyed all the amenities and closeness to the beach. The place was clean and exactly like the pictures. Beds were comfortable. The place is well equipped with shampoo, soap, dish soap, kitchen supplies, trash bags, TP, and paper towels. The grocery store across the street is very convenient. We spent a lot of time in the rainforest, did a zipline, and did a kayak trip to the bio bay- all close by. The food kiosks are a very close as well- we ate there frequently had lots of options to chose from (try the steak and cheese sandwich at Wepa Arepa- I’m still thinking about it!). We walked along the beach to Boardriders restaurant and enjoyed watching the surfers while waiting for our food. Everyone we met was very friendly. A great trip!

Relaxing stay

We really enjoyed the location of this condo. Access to beaches. The rainforests and restaurants were abundant. It was very safe to walk around and the beach was beautiful

Perfect for family of 5

We had a wonderful stay. Marilyn provided everything we needed and promptly communicated before and during our stay. The property location in Luquillo is great. A short easy drive to El Yunque and Farjardo areas, and a 40min drive to San Juan. There are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and convenience stores nearby. The beach at the property is beautiful. Our kids (9, 11, 16) had the best time playing at the beach and enjoyed the pool and pickleball too. Marilyn provided beach chairs, a wagon, game balls, and towels, making our time that much more enjoyable. We enjoyed having a home to come back to for relaxing and playing games in the evenings. This is an end unit, which we found to be very quiet. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Nice Place to Stay Easy Access To Beach

Our family stayed here for 3 nights. The location is great with easy walking distance to pool, beach, and several restaurants. We also walked to the Luquillo Kiosks while we were there. It is also a short drive to El Yunque.The complex was nice and secure but older and is in need a little work. I noticed that one of the towers has been updated but this one has not yet. This wouldn't keep me from staying here again though. The security staff on site was also very polite and helpful.Marilyn's communication was great and check in was easy even late at night. We had no problems with any of that.The condo is nicely furnished with most anything you need during your beach stay. We were a family of 5 and this condo is a little on the smaller side and might have been a little on the tight side for staying a whole week.All that said I would stay here again. It met our needs.

Quiet, ocean facing apartment

Our stay was very good. It was great to have towels, beach chairs, beach toys on hand. Plenty of items to use to cook a meal. Air conditioning is only in the bedrooms but there was always a nice breeze coming in, and we weren’t at the place during the day. Had an elevator which was a plus. Near fast food and restaurants. Very secure and I loved having the extra security. Beach is very nice but red flag everytime we went. Which was okay and we still got in the ocean just couldn’t snorkel. If you are looking for a spacious, quiet place to stay this is a great place to book.

Great location, close to beach

Great location on beach. Just 15 minutes to the rainforest, 20 minute to the bioluminescent bay, 10 minute to walmart. Across the street from a Walgreens. Comfortable beds, enough hot water for family of 5. Very clean condo. Well stocked with kitchen supllies and beach towerls and chairs

Sisters and daughters trip

The location was Great amenities were awesome. They had everything there that you would need to enjoy any day out on the beach attention to details was amazing. Beach wagons, chairs, wagons towels, kids floats, bags, hats, cooler they thought of everything The air conditioners in the bedrooms works great. The bathrooms were stocked. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Towels blow dryer. Nice shower and water pressure was great. Hot water even after 5 people showered. The kitchen was well stocked to cook. The staff was very friendly and informative. The town was cute with Plenty of food options. Grocery store is close by as well as well as a Wallgreens. The beach was nice if you want a calmer beach it is close by. It’s close to a lot of attractions as well. Overall, we had a great time and were very comfortable on our trip! Would definitely stay again. Thanks!!!!

Hermoso apartamento. Perfecto para toda mi familia . Marilyn siempre estuvo en contacto en todo momento aclarando cualquier duda o pregunta. Great location

Property was in an ideal location. Close to San Juan, El Yunque rain forest and Fajardo harbors. The unit was well stocked with kitchen essentials and a first aid kit (I cut my foot doing the ever dangerous grocery shopping) . BTW a nice grocery store is a 2min drive away right behind a Walgreens. The grounds are vary well kept and the entire staff at the property were friendly and helpful. I had a few questions for the property manager which were answered almost immediately. Would definitely stay again.

Great Location

We enjoyed the location and property of this stay. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. The property has lots to do and the beach is great for swimming with kids. Lots of beach toys, chairs, swim vests, etc. We had a nice stay.

Wonderful stay

Great location: 2 minute walk to pool; 5 minute walk to beautiful sandy beach with good waves; 20 minute drive to El Yunque; 5-25 minute drive to good restaurants in Luquillo or Fajardo. Condo was clean and comfortable and quiet. We used a/c in bedroom at night- didn’t need it in rest of condo with fans and breeze. Nice view from balcony. Adequately supplied kitchen. Another plus: I ordered some roses for my wife for Valentine’s Day, intending to pay for them. But our gracious hostess covered the cost instead!

Room for improvement

The location to the beach was incredible, and having all of the beach gear available on the porch was very much appreciated. However, the cleanliness of the apartment, especially the kitchen was terrible. Many of the dishes, especially the pots and pans were greasy. The oven had dried oven cleaner inside it so we could not cook our food. The refrigerator seal had black mold in it and rust all over. There was sand and hair under the couch upon our arrival. One of the glass window slats was missing, so mosquitos flew in the living room. There is a lot of potential for this to be a good rental, but there are updates that need to be made, repairs, and also an additional A/C unit should be added to the living room because only the bedrooms had A/C.
