3 bedroom. Whole home!! Newly renovated. Two living rooms allows more space for family to spread out. Neighborhood pool and tennis court. Extra large master bedroom with soaking tub and extra large shower.
Fenced yard for the dogs that are welcome

Stretch out and stay one day or months!! Pictures are worth 1,000 words. The entire space is dedicated for your stay with comfort in mind.

Conveniently located just a few miles from GA400, a major highway into Atlanta.

Love family get togethers, but you can never find accommodations large enough? Need extended stay? Need clean accommodations? Need house with fenced yard for pets? Well, look no farther. This home is perfect for just those needs. With a full kitchen to cook meals, tv`s for entertaining, washer and dryer for extended stays and indoor/outdoor space for the kids and pets, it is the PERFECT home for spending precious time with family and friends. Stop waiting and start making memories.

When staying here, the entire home is yours to use. Washer and dryer are in the home for your use during your stay. Fully equipped for the kitchen on for those that want to cook when away from home.

NO PARTYING! If your intention is to party, respectfully, move on to the next house. We want guest that appreciate a good, clean place to stay and we want to provide that to them. We will strictly enforce the no partying. We respect our neighbors and want to be good stewards of the neighborhood.

One Car per bedroom limit. Parking is limited to only parking directly in front of the townhouse. No street parking.
$69 pet fee up to the first 7 days. $5 per day afterwards with a limit of $119

IMPORTANT - TRASH SERVICE
Please take trash to the road on the designated day per the email you received when you originally booked. After trash is picked up, please bring trash back to the side of the house.

Simple House Rules
No smoking in house. Please smoke outside and properly dispose of butts. Evidence of smoking inside may result in forfeiture of security deposit or additional fees.

1 car per bedroom limit. Do not park on grass. No street parking

We love pets. Please clean up after pets, including the yard.
If you have a pet, please leave the protective covers on the furniture
Pet Fee - We use the honor system to let us know if you have a pet.
Guest must clean up after pets in the yard.

TVs - The TVs are Roku TVs. Your own username and password will need to be used for the app you would like to use.

Check Out Instructions
*Very Important - Please place all TOWELS in the washing machine and start the load of towels.
*Do NOT wash linens. We take linens offsite for washing.
*Please start the dishwasher when checking out so the cleaning crew may turn the house for the next guest since we try to accommodate early check in if at all possible.
*Turn the thermostat to 74 for the summer, 68 for the winter when starting to leave. It might be a few hours or few days before the next guest arrives. No need in wasting energy on an empty house :).
*If you found something wrong with the house that is a maintenance item, please let us know via the Airbnb messages. The cleaning crew is only in the property for a few hours and as obvious as some things may be, it may not be noticed by the cleaning crew.
*Please ensure the TV remotes are on the coffee table in LR or on dresser in bedrooms to ensure they can easily be found to avoid potential lost remote fee
*Dispose of any left over items from the fridge. You may leave items such as condiments, and other common items.
*Any free standing trash in the home must be picked up and placed in trash cans or taken outside. Cleaning fee does not include excessive dirty house. Additional fees may apply if not followed.

If you have any questions during your stay, we encourage you to use the messaging feature within the platform you booked. If you need to reach us by our cell, we encourage you to TEXT us first since we stay very active on our phones with our property management company. Please GROUP text when sending a message

Smart Lock Battery Replacement
Guest agrees that in the event that a battery in the lock has to be replaced on the front door smart lock, the guest will replace the 4 AA batteries in the lock. The host will reimburse for the cost of the batteries plus $5

Fireplaces
Safety reason the fireplaces are not to be used for burning. Unfornatutely, we can not allow fireplaces to be used since wood can stay hot for several days. The cleaning crews would not be able to clean the home if not know when the last fire was used. This prevent cleaning and more importantly, the cleaning crews have no way of disposing of the embers in a safe way.

GARAGES
Many of our houses come with enclosed garages. We do not guarantee the use of the garages but they are allowed to be used if they are available. We may use the garage for storage that occupies a portion or all of the garage. If the garage is unavailable use, we can not move items unless agreed to prior to the move in.
If the garage has an overhead garage opener, you may program the opener to your car. We do Not support installing or provide tech support for garage openers. We may also have installed MyQ as a way to provide wireless opener connectivity but once again, we do not provide support on how to install on your phone.

Great Short Term Rental

We had a wonderful stay in this home! It was very spacious for our family of 4 and two dogs. The fenced in backyard was huge and perfect for the dogs and kids. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt very safe. No one wants to be out of their house for a month, but this rental made our time away so easy and we would recommend to others.

Fantastic!

Beautiful home with lots of room for a group. Sparkling clean. Comfortable beds. Large fenced yard for dog. Quiet residential neighborhood close to shopping and restaurants. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the coffee maker.

Awful experience with this property!!! Don’t stay here.

We had booked this property almost 2 months out from our trip. 1 week out from our stay, the owner messaged me and said he would be charging us for an EXTRA night because THEY made a mistake on this listing because it was new and “slipped through the cracks” and they forgot to put it on the listing that it was a 3 night minimum stay. When I called and spoke to the owner, he said I was being very rude (for being upset), said it was my fault because I booked so early, and basically and that it if it was him in this situation he would just pay for an extra night and take the loss, and told me he was very close to just canceling our stay 1 week out. Owner has ZERO hospitality skills, won’t take responsibility for his mistakes, and on top of all of that, the check in process was very difficult. I messaged him a couple of days before arriving for check in/check out instructions and received an automatic message telling us the code for check in. Of course when we arrived the code didn’t work, when I called the owner he said I should have received a message with the correct code and blamed me again. After trying multiple times, we’ve finally received a code that worked. Owner was a nightmare to work with. I DO not recommend this place at all.

Perfect home for family in quiet neighborhood!

Easy check in process, great communication and reminders, really clean property with great accommodations and very quiet neighborhood. Nice furniture, appliances and yard for kids. Really convenient for North Atlanta area location
