Furthermore, it is on a high floor, being quiet at night with excellent WiFi signal and a flat screen TV.

It is well equipped with kitchen utensils such as pans, plates, cutlery, glasses, microwave, 2-burner electric stove, making it perfect for your stay.

You will have access to all the building's facilities as long as the condominium rules are respected.

In the apartment there are clean towels and bed linen and basic condiments for cooking.

The condo has a beautiful 25m pool, pool chairs, air-conditioned gym, sauna, dressing room, garage, automatic shoe polisher, WiFi in public areas, study hall, 24 hour doorman. All this at no extra charge!

There is also a laundry service inside the building which is paid extra.

You will have access to the building facilities upon sending a photo ID of all occupants, it must contain the ID number and name of all occupants. This a must as it is security measure adopted by the building in which we must comply with.In case you will use the garage, you will be required to send the plate number, make and model prior to your arrival.
