Vehicle license plate number, model, and color
Parking: Park in the driveway, not in the cul-de-sac. Ensure no oil leakage; a $350 fee will apply for any oil cleanup. The driveway is currently clean.
Security Cameras: Security cameras are positioned to monitor the exterior of the property. Guests must not move or tamper with the cameras; fees will apply for reinstallation if moved.
Appliance Repair & Lockouts: A minimum fee of $250, subject to change, will be charged for appliance repairs or lockouts. Additional fees may apply if the actual cost exceeds this amount.
No Smoking, Drugs, or Open Flames: Smoking, drugs, vaping, parties, candles, and fires are strictly prohibited inside or outside the property. Violations will result in a $250 fee, subject to change.
Kitchen Supplies: We do not supply spices or oils to maintain cleanliness standards.
No Shoes Indoors: Please do not wear shoes inside the home.
Personal Belongings: The host is not responsible for personal items inside or outside the property. Renters insurance is recommended if needed. No refunds will be provided for COVID-19 or health concerns; travel insurance is highly recommended.
Overnight Guests: Only guests listed on the VRBO/ Expedia agreement are permitted to stay overnight. No exceptions. We can suggest nearby hotels if you have additional visitors.
