● For safety reasons, we do not accept children under 12 or guests with mobility concerns, as the stairs have no handrail.
● Children 12+ must be supervised at all times. We are not liable for accidents.
● Accurate guest count required. Unregistered guests not allowed.
● Booking must be made by the staying guest. No third-party bookings.
● Check-in by 10 PM. No refund for no-shows.

● Late check-out from noon to midnight is available for an additional 500 Baht.
