RESORT like setting. Private entrance to a 600 sq Ft beautiful beach unit Living room with sleeper sofa, kitchenette, Bedroom with queen size lux adjustable bed & on suite private Bathroom. The bathroom is a serene retreat with a 4ft walk in shower and stand alone jetted bath tub. Lounge and access to a tropical hideaway back yard with a Tiki Bar hugging the above ground heated pool a serene spot. 7 Person Hot springs spa, gas fire pit, yard games, palm trees a romantic setting.
The space
We hope that you enjoy our space close to the beach and easy freeway access. I provide parking in the driveway in front of the unit for easy loading/unloading and motion censored lighting. The Tucan Tiki Bar provides a complete Hawaiian like atmosphere for a great staycation. We recently added a 22 x 14’ above ground pool perfect for hot day lounging. The color lights at night provide an amazing ambience. It is very private all guest amenities are on the upper level where you have access to a spa, plunge pool, lounge seating, bbq, gas fire pit, ice chest and tables on a nice Astro turf resort like area.
Guest access
The access to the backyard is through a common area of the laundry room. There are separate entrances to the laundry room from both the main house and the air bnb. Please note the laundry room is an accommodate for interior access but not a part of the main rental facility as it provides a downstairs bathroom to the main house as well. Your door to the hallway and laundry room access should be kept closed when occupying the rental space.
Other things to note
We understand your concerns around Covid. We have remodeled the backyard to allow you private enjoyment on the upper level while we reserve the use of the lower level. The space is ideal for social distancing and we utilize amenities around your schedule. Due to Covid we are not allowing you to bring any additional guests at this time. The space is for your enjoyment with a maximum of 4 guests. We appreciate your understanding.
