On-site amenities include two seasonal outdoor pools, an indoor pool, tennis courts, a fitness room, shuffleboard and basketball courts, grilling and picnic areas, a playground, and bike trails.

When you decide to get out and explore Hilton Head, you'll find you're in a prime location next to Fish Haul Park and Mitchelville Park, away from the crowds but still close to the island's famous golf courses, restaurants, shops, and entertainment.

Walk a few steps home from your morning workout, swim, or tennis match to be greeted by a newly renovated interior with central air and contemporary furnishings. Prepare breakfast in the open kitchen, sit down to eat at the table for six, and bring your coffee out to the cushioned seats on the shaded, screened balcony. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
