Stay Lincoln Park | Unit 4 | Craft District

Located in the Lincoln Park Craft District, Unit 4 of the Stay Lincoln Park building is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom cozy getaway, that is within walking distance to many of the local breweries, cider houses and other local food and shopping hot spots; Bent Paddle, The Tap Exchange, OMC Smokehouse, Love Creamery, Duluth Cider and Frost River Trading Company to name a few.

The open concept living area is fresh and contemporary with a fully stocked kitchen with all your basic essentials and features seating for 3 at the kitchen island and a built-in breakfast nook with additional seating. While the living area provides a large, sectional sleeper perfect for lounging and watching your favorite show on the HD LED Smart TV. WiFi is complementary and we provide Netflix and Hulu streaming services for your entertainment. If weather permits, you can just step out the back door to enjoy your coffee or beer on the patio. There are two bedrooms are located on the second level; The master bedroom with a plush king sized bed and a large two twin room perfectly situated for a kid friendly stay. Upstairs also provides a bonus commons area with the additional sleeping space of a twin daybed, another HD LED smart TV and in unit laundry.

Don't forget Fido, this is a dog friendly property: a maximum of 2 dogs are allowed at the property; the pet fee is $75/dog. No other pets are permitted.

Parking is located in the lot next to the property. One free, designated spot is reserved for this unit. Overflow parking can pay for a spot in the public lot or utilize street parking.

Our guest service team is available by phone from 8am to 9pm if you have any questions or need anything. Our direct contact information will be provided with your booking confirmation. The primary form of communication, including check in information, will be through the booking platform and/or email. You will receive your check in information 1 day prior to your arrival date. Check in is at 4pm. Check out is at 10am.

This is not a 'party house'. The price listed is subject to change. Standard two-night minimum as required by the City of Duluth. #PL 21-192

VACATION RENTAL HOUSE RULES

1. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS a) All Guests (and any Visitors) must comply with all House Rules and any other instructions from the Property Manager during their stay; and b) Guests must notify the Property Manager of any disputes or complaints from neighbors as soon as reasonably practicable.

2. NOISE AND THE NEIGHBORHOOD a) This Vacation Rental is suitable for children of all ages! Guests are fully responsible for the safety and security of their children at all times, as well as any disturbance caused to other residents in the Neighborhood; b) Guests and Visitors must keep noise to a minimum as not to disturb the occupants of neighboring properties – especially during nighttime hours (10pm – 8am), and upon arrival and departure; c) Excessive noise is prohibited at all times and may result in termination of the vacation rental agreement, eviction, loss of rental paid and extra charges which may be deducted from the Security Deposit;

3. VISITORS a) Guests are allowed a maximum of 4 visitors at any time during their stay. b) Guests are responsible for ensuring maximum visitor numbers are not exceeded; and that visitors are complicit with these House Rules.

4. FUNCTIONS a) Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited at the Vacation Rental; and b) Any small gathering must comply with other rules set regarding Noise, the Neighborhood and Visitor numbers.

5. PARKING a) Guests and any visitors are to comply with parking regulations and other requirements set out by the property manger and show consideration to neighbors and other vehicles; please use the designated parking.

6. SECURITY a) Any time Guests leave the Vacation Rental, it is their responsibility to ensure all windows and doors are closed/locked to maintain security and prevent rain and water damage. b) Guests must switch off the lights, air conditioning, fans, electronics such as televisions when not in use to promote energy saving.

7. SMOKING a) Smoking is not permitted inside the Vacation Rental; and b) Cigarette butts must be disposed of properly (in large trash cans located outside property or off property all together) and not thrown on property grounds. Failure to do so will result in a deduction from the security deposit.

8. PETS a) IF Pets are permitted at the Vacation Rental; b) Specific rules regarding Pets at the Vacation Rental are as follows: Please keep pets off all furniture and be sure to have on a leash at all times when outside of the home. Also be sure to clean up after your pet and dispose of waste in the trash bins located outside of property. Please respect neighbors by limiting the barking of pets on the property.

9. DAMAGES AND BREAKAGES a) All Damages and Breakages must be reported to the Property Manager as soon as reasonably practicable. Failure to report them will likely result in a penalty deduction from the security deposit. And; b) To avoid Damages and Breakages, no furniture is to be moved from one room to another without prior agreement.

10. CHECK OUT ARRANGEMENTS a) Please be sure to lock all doors and leave both sets of keys back in the lockbox. Check out is at 10am - if you need a later checkout please contact me as soon as possible to make arrangements.

11. EMERGENCY CONTACT DETAILS: a) In the event of an emergency relating to the Vacation Rental, your emergency contact is: Heirloom Vacation Rentals 218-409-4885 b) In the event of all other emergencies please call 911.

12. COMPLIANCE a) Breach of any of these House Rules is a breach of the Terms and Conditions of occupancy as per the Rental Agreement. b) The Owner and Manager reserve the right to terminate permission to occupy and to evict from the Vacation Rental, any Guests or Visitors who refuse to follow these House Rules or who cause a nuisance to neighbors or other residents of the community.

Super updated property in the craft district. Outstanding location easy walking distance to everything; shops, restaurants, breweries, etc. It had good parking available for my clients to visit, and is a safe area to stay and walk.

Great property and great location!
The unit was really nice and clean. Wonderful appliances and local coffee to brew too. Hosts were easy to get a hold of and very courteous and helpful. We enjoyed the location - walkable coffee, breweries, restaurants etc. What was really helpful for us is we could bring our two small dogs! We would definitely recommend and stay again.

Very clean and cute unit and plenty of space for our family of 4. Fun restaurants, coffee shops and brewery just right around the corner. Could’ve spent one more day exploring the area!

Weekend in Duluth
My husband & I stayed with my 80 year old parents. The only issue we had was the bathroom that was on the 2nd floor with the bedrooms - the tub was very deep and slippery. We also had a hard time figuring out the tv. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay - very clean and had everything we needed.
