āØSEAMLESS LIVINGāØ
Guests will enjoy two private parking spots in the driveway behind the home and enter through a lush garden path lined with pea gravel that leads to the paved patio and welcoming back door.
Step inside and youāre greeted by a bright, airy living room with floor-to-ceiling windows, a plush Restoration Hardware Cloud sofa, and a Samsung Frame TVāideal for slow mornings, relaxed evenings, or movie nights.
Just beyond, a butlerās pantry adds historic charm and leads to a powder room with an antique vanity and marble sink. Continue into the dining room, where a table set for six (plus four extra chairs) is ready for shared meals, game nights, or celebrations. As you reach the front of the home, the parlor welcomes you to unwind, read, or simply enjoy a quiet eveningāwhere many generations have likely done the same.
