Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're truly sorry to hear that your stay didn’t meet expectations. We always strive to provide a comfortable and well-equipped space, and it's clear we missed the mark in several areas during your visit. We appreciate you bringing the maintenance and supply issues to our attention—such as the gnats, towels, and pool access—we’ve already reviewed these concerns with our team to ensure they’re properly addressed moving forward. We also understand that the layout and stairs may not have been ideal for your needs, and we’ll take a closer look at how we communicate that in our listing. While we’re glad you appreciated the decor, we regret that other aspects of your experience fell short. We value your input and will use it to improve for future guests. Thank you again for your honest feedback!
