The location is great! It’s so close to everything, yet the street where the house is feels safe and quiet. The house itself was very clean when we stayed, and the host communicated well.

The cabin was just as described and very clean!! It was so easy to communicate with them. We have stayed in several of their properties and they have allBeen expectional!! Fire pit by the water is amazing. Convince was great !!! Clean asCould be!!! We will be back!!

House was very clean inside and had plenty of room for us. Extremely quiet neighborhood when you consider you’re in the middle of Pigeon Forge. River behind the house was relaxing. Road construction going on down the street but easy to get around. Nothing was underway while we stayed though. Enjoyed our stay.

Close to everything you need or want. The location is great as you are close to restaurants, coffee shop, dessert shops, grocery store, Marshall's and just down the road from the Island. The house is an older house that has been renovated and is so charming! Plenty of room with four bedrooms. We loved using the hot tub that over looks the river and the fire pit. Highly recommend this house!!

This home was perfect for our family of five. We stop in Pigeon Forge on our way two and from Michigan and Florida in the summer. There was some road construction in front of the house that surprised us and forced us to find an alternative way to the driveway but once we knew it was there everything worked out great. We wish we’d had more time to spend out at the river. Next time!

Great property in the perfect location. We loved all the outdoor areas. Front porch has a perfect view of the fireworks at Dollywood every evening. Back has patio for enjoy hanging out by the river. Nice and shady in the afternoon. Lots of very friendly Geese to watch come out of the river and just roam around. And close to everything. Easy to miss a lot of the parkway traffic by using Teaster.

Overall the house was good. We stayed for a week and were only left two thinks of dishwasher soap and one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom. We had 4 adults and 2 kids. There was road construction on the road the house was on we had no idea was going on. Made getting in the first time a little bit of a challenge if you don’t know where you are going. Beds were ok not comfortable but ok. But like I said for the price it had enough room.

Wonderful cabin at great location. Old Mill, Go kart etc are 5 minutes walk from the cabin which was so much convenient. The river and fire place, hammock, chairs by the river was lovely. Would definitely like to come back.

The location of this house is excellent! You are close to anything you want to do and you can even walk to restaurants. When driving, you can avoid the main road when going certain places which is a huge benefit. There is so much to do and great restaurants nearby. Plenty of parking and the kitchen is well stocked with pans and appliances. They have a drip coffee maker, a crockpot, a waffle maker, and a blender. The view of the river in the back is very nice and the water was low at the time so the kids could play on the edge and our party could fish. There is a little noise from the go karts, but it was not a problem and ends by 10 PM. It didn’t bother us and we loved being able to walk to fun activities. We loved the hot tub, but wish there were towels to use for that. The bathrooms could also use more towels depending on the size of your party.I also recommend bringing toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, and soap because none of those were provided in the shower area.We also loved the front porch and when you walk down to the driveway, you can see a view of the mountains towards the downtown Pigeon Forge area. There is a coffee shop right down the street and restaurants and activities within walking distance.We had a great trip and would visit again!
