The main floor living area features lofty ceilings, strong natural lighting, and updated decor welcoming family gatherings. The full kitchen showcases sparkling counters and a deluxe suite of major appliances , plus a dishwasher for easy cleanup. Extras include a countertop ice maker, traditional drip coffee maker, and Keurig coffee maker. There's breakfast bar seating for four and the dining table can accommodate up to six. After the day's adventures, unwind with sunset cocktails on the deck and head inside for shows or movies on the living room smart TV.

All three bedrooms are located on the lower home level. The primary bedroom includes a private en suite bathroom and direct access to a lower deck shared with the second guest room. The second and third guest rooms each share access to a full bathroom. An additional full bathroom is located on the main floor for household use. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
