All year round solar pool heating. Additional charges ($59/day) may apply during the winter season (November- March) or you can specify that you don't need the pool heated to waive the charge.

We provide a free solar pool heating all year round. Solar heater is very efficient during the summer / fall months (April - October) due the high temperature of the Sun, but not so efficient during the winter due to the late rise of the Sun during the day and early fall of the Sun in the evening. Nevertheless we provide an optional source of heating to our guests.It is propane gas heater for $59 per day (Nov - March) to supplement for the in efficiency of the solar heater. We will send a VRBO email request for $59 per day for the heating if you decide to use the propane gas heater. FYI: heating charge is calculated for the whole reservation. We don't calculate for a partial reservation. Example: a 3 days reservation will be calculated as $59 x 3 days= $177. The guest is required to turn the heater on by themself when they arrive for liability purposes. Instructions will be sent to your email before check-in. Our solar heater will still be running for free but the guest will have to be patient with how fast the heater will heat during the winter month because the solar heater relies solely on the weather to efficiently heat the pool.
