Welcome to Marco Place, a stunning home that redefines the indoor-outdoor lifestyle Venice Beach is famous for. Nestled on a charming walking-only street, this serene retreat invites you to unwind in style, surrounded by lush landscaping and carefully curated interiors.

Designed by a renowned hospitality-focused interior design firm, every detail has been thoughtfully considered to elevate your stay. From high-end furnishings and brand-name amenities to cozy textures and soft, ambient lighting, this home blends luxury, comfort, and functionality in every space.

THE HOME
* 2 beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with a king-sized bed
* 1 stylish bathroom with spa-like details
* Seamless indoor-outdoor flow, with floor-to-ceiling windows opening to private outdoor spaces
* Fully equipped designer kitchen, including an espresso machine for your morning coffee ritual
* Dining room for six, plus a charming breakfast nook for intimate meals or work sessions
* Lounge-worthy living room with a soft leather couch, a TV, board games, and inviting textures for ultimate relaxation
* As of August 2026, the living room and bedrooms feature a mini-split AC unit

This home was built in 1911 and is a classic Venice bungalow full of original charm and character. It is cozy, warm, and thoughtfully maintained, but it is not a newly constructed or modern home. If you appreciate historic details and the feel of an authentic beach bungalow, you will feel right at home here.

With 1,237 square feet of thoughtfully designed space, Marco Place offers a vacation experience unlike any other—whether you`re here to relax, explore, or simply soak in the best of LA’s indoor-outdoor lifestyle.

New Upgrade! As of August 2025, the home now features three brand-new AC mini-splits for added comfort — one in the living room and one in each bedroom.

NEIGHBORHOOD INFO:

When visiting Venice Beach, you are entering the most walkable and bike friendly city in all of Los Angeles. We recommend exploring the great restaurant scene on Abbot Kinney, Rose Ave and Main/Pacific, as well as on the boardwalk. There has been a revival of the restaurant scene, and the shopping has always been top notch, especially on Abbot Kinney.

Be sure to walk Abbot Kinney, especially on the weekends, if you want to see a great example of the vibrancy of this community. If you’re up for a bike ride, take the path North all the way to the start of Malibu, or there is a secret path through Marina Del Rey that can take you all the way down on a bike path to Redondo.

We recommend walking the walk streets, and seeing all of the unique architecture throughout the entire community. The canals are also worth checking out to view the unique history of Venice Beach.

Most people choose to have a car when visiting Southern California. There are an abundant amount of unique and significant attractions within two hours of this home. If you’re an explorer, we recommend a car.

If you’re the type that wants to arrive and relax at the house on your vacation, Uber and Lyft are readily available as well.

This property is located approximately 7 miles miles from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) and 9 miles miles from SoFi Stadium.

24 Hour Communication: Our team is available 24/7 while you`re staying with us. If anything comes up during your stay, day or night, you`ll always be able to reach a real person via text, app or phone call.

By booking with us, you agree to sign our Rental Agreement.You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully signing our Rental Agreement.

Please note that in the State of CA, guests staying over 30 nights are legally required to sign a legal CAR form with the DRE. Our Broker of Record will send you this CAR form for signature once payment is made. Your reservation will be considered ready to go once the form is signed!

There is a 10-day grace period to return any items taken from the home at check-out (keys, garage remotes, etc). Replacement costs will be charged to guests if items are not received within 10 days of check-out.

Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a minimum $250 fine.

Utility Usage: Utilities are included up to the property’s recent average usage. Any excessive use above that amount may result in additional charges. If applicable, payment for utility overages is due within 14 days of check-out.

- Damages and/or failure to pick up after your pet may result in additional charges at check-out. Pets and animals are not permitted at the property at any time whatsoever unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to booking. Failure to comply with this will result in an additional charge of up to $1000 and/or eviction without limiting any other legal or equitable remedies available to Owner and/or Company.

- For any items left behind after check-out, guests will be charged the shipping costs and an additional service fee of $25.

- A minimum of $25 will be charged per lost or unreturned keys, fobs, or access cards. Please ensure they are returned before check-out.

- Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $250 fine.

- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be mindful of the noise level during these hours to respect neighbors and others in the area.

- Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents during their stay. Any damages must be reported immediately to the host to ensure proper documentation.

- Please dispose of all trash in the designated bins provided. If the trash bins are full, please notify the host for further instructions.

- Any unregistered guests are not allowed to stay overnight without prior written approval from the host. Additional guests may result in an additional charge.

- Utilities are included up to the property’s recent average usage. Any excessive use above that amount may result in additional charges. If applicable, payment for utility overages is due within 14 days of check-out.

A great stay in a cool and unusual location

The house, though very original, was very clean and well provisioned. The location is super cool. The Venice walk streets are unlike anywhere else with zero street traffic out front (due to the lack of a street!). The check in was easy and communication was outstanding. Enjoy your time there!

Perfect home, great location, very well kept!

The home was so cozy and very well decorated! Everything was in great shape including bbq/ fire pit and bikes and looked just like the pictures! The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies/ plates and cups. The beds were super comfortable! The location is in one of cutest areas in Venice the walking streets that is so quaint And cozy and walking distance to all the best areas ! We really enjoyed our stayed! Can’t wait to come back and stay again!
