If you are searching for a bare minimum accommodations, then this is the place for you.There were no sheets for the pullout sofa! Also no pillowcases for the extra pillows.No dressers in the bedrooms to put items on. No coffee table. Lack of functional surface areas! And do not put your items on the floor due to the cockroaches and the very small black beatles that are throughout the house. I made sure to zipper up the suitcases so that nothing could get into them. So the kitchen table and chairs became our drop off area, having to use two of the chairs to put our items on.The wind rattles the eaves on the bedroom side of the house, so it sounds like a woodpecker, or a jackhammer in a strong wind. Lost two nights of sleep due to that constant noise.Also, the master bathroom window is a metal window and it does not close all the way it is broken leaving a gap so any road noise could be easily heard. The curtains are very thin and white and have small holes in them, do not put on the bedroom light for undressing or dressing.Not allowed to park in the garage.The master bathroom shower needs a good bleaching and a scrub.We realize people wear shoes in the house, but my husband‘s bare feet were literally black from the filth on the floor. The sliding door tracks are filthy. And we didn’t bother going outside onto the back patio, it’s missing screens and there was a pile of old trash on the one side where the screens are all hanging.
