Down a hidden lane in the heart of Old Town Key West you will find Loco Court. The compound is located one block off Duval St but is completely private and serene.
The compound consists of THREE STAND ALONE COTTAGES alongside a tranquil PRIVATE POOL and connected to each other by a spacious deck.

The first cottage (unit 1) and second cottage (unit 2) each consist of a one bedroom, one bathroom, open kitchen and living room with high ceilings. The third cottage (unit 3) consists of a one bedroom, one bathroom main house with open kitchen and living room, as well as a detached master bedroom and bathroom. The detached master has an outdoor kitchenette with a mini fridge, sink, coffee maker and dining table.

All cottages have an updated kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, induction cooktop, coffee maker, toaster, blender and microwave. They also have their own private outdoor patio area with a gas grill, washer and dryer.

Unit 1 and 2 each have one king-size bed and a pull-out sofa capable of accommodating two people. Unit 3 consists of one king-size bed in the main house and one full-size bed in the detached bedroom.

Outside, you will find a spacious heated pool, lush tropical landscaping, and ample deck space for sunbathing. The compound also has two dedicated off-street parking spaces and plenty of room for bicycles.

This is a unique property that allows 3 or 4 couples to all stay on the same property while enjoying the comforts of their own private, individual cottages.
