The house has a beautiful stove that can be used. The house has a garden and a covered terrace. At the house are a carport and a shed, for bicycles. The Weser cycle path is located in the immediate vicinity and in about 20 minutes by bike in the beautiful Pied Piper Hameln. In Tündern there is a supermarket, a butcher and a bakery. Furthermore, the village has a windmill right on the Weser cycle path, a butchery museum and a village museum to offer. The bus leaves every 30 minutes to the city of Hameln.
