Enjoy a brand new luxury home right on the waterfront at spectacular Qualicum Landing. Qualicum Landing is located 8 minutes north of Qualicum Beach on Vancouver Island and is situated on over 15 acres of rare walk-on waterfront. This 2000 square foot, three-bedroom plus den home is brand new and offers a gourmet kitchen with stainless appliances, granite counters, a granite bar, hardwood floors, 2 full bathrooms and one half bathroom. It is the premier lot of the development with a 180 degrees unobstructed view of the ocean from the oversized patio. This spacious house will sleep 6 people.

Enjoy a clubhouse with a swimming pool, both a children’s and adult hot tub, owners lounge, fitness center, games room, media center, tennis court, and recreational beachfront area with a fire pit. The pool and hot tub are open from June 15 to September 15. This world-famous resort area has everything you need for a relaxing vacation by the water.

Come and experience a unique place where there are so many things to see and do. Go golfing, fishing, and hiking, all within close proximity, as are many unique shops, galleries, and restaurants in the quaint nearby town Qualicum Beach. Take a day and visit Tofino, Ucluelet, and Long Beach on the West Coast. At Qualicum Landing, you are close to all Vancouver Island attractions with easy access to Victoria and the BC Ferries to get to Vancouver.

Fabulous stay at this amazing property in Qualicum Beach! Large living area with beautiful views. Perfect for our family with the master bedroom and bath on the main floor and two additional bedrooms and bathroom for us upstairs. Beautifully well stocked kitchen and very clean! Very responsive and helpful hosts. Highly recommend and would love to travel back and stay a little longer!

Beautiful location. Easy to get around the area. Very clean - and well equipped. We had a lovely time. P. S. Unrelated - freezer section of fridge was not working when we arrived. It had frozen over in parts but the food inside melted. Otherwise - appliances were very nice and worked well.

This was our second stay at this lovely home. The neighbourhood is family friendly. My children enjoyed using the pool and club house often during our stay. The view is amazing and we spent many hours enjoying the view of the ocean. We loved our stay and look forward to returning in the future.

Great Stay

This house was amazing and had everything you would need. The kitchen was especially well stocked. Great views we could watch wildlife from inside or on the lovely deck. Lots of space for people to spread out for some alone time, but large enough common areas to gather and have fun together. House was clean and communication was great.

Beautiful Location on Strait of Georgia

This well-appointed home was the perfect retreat for the 3 of us reconnecting as a family. We woke up to birdsong, the sun rising between the tall trees, seals & heron playing in the ocean and an ever-changing sky which calmed our souts.It was a great home base from which we explored nature.Walked the trails through the woods at Englishman River Falls and Little Qualicum Falls.Rathtrevor Beach at low tide a great walk. Little Mountain Lookout in Parksville with breathtaking views of Mount Arrowsmith another highlight."Goat on the Roof" in Coombs not to be missed! All in all the tirp was enhanced by the home we shared.

Great place to stay

The house was exactly as described and the view was beautiful. During our time here, we had a wonderful time making memories with our kids. There is lots to explore in the near by area as well as some nice sandy beaches all within a 10 to 30 minute drive from the property. We enjoyed our stay and are look forward to booking this property again in the future.

Perfect house!

This property was absolutely perfect for our family of 6! We lacked for nothing and the view was amazing. A great place to wake up and enjoy your morning coffee. There were tons of puzzles and toys for the kids. The kids enjoyed the pool as well as exploring on the rocky beach in front. Always something to do. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks for an amazing holiday!

Wonderful property in an amazing location

Beautiful little house right on the Straits of Georgia. Very professionally managed, clean and modern. Had everything we needed for a week-long family stay. The views of the ocean and mountains were amazing.

Amazing

We had an excellent stay! The view is amazing and the house is wonderful. It was perfect for our family (2 adults, 6yo and 2yo) and grandparents. The kitchen is very well equipped and had everything we needed and more. Beds were comfortable, there was cable and internet and ample games, puzzles, books and outdoor toys, so everyone was able to relax and enjoy. We really enjoyed our week here and would definitely return again.

Outstanding Stay!

Outstanding! Amazing! First class vacation home for our family. Exceeded all our expectations. We even got to witness the herring run and all the fishing vessels, sea lions, seals, and eagles that accompanied the run. Would recommend to anyone.

Perfect Beach Getaway for a Family

A lovely, spotless,well-designed three-bedroom+den beach house with a beautiful, full view of the ocean. The house is fully-equipped with everything you would need to make yourself at home. The master bedroom and master bathroom feature a large walk-in shower. If you are short (5’) and have any accessibility issues, the master bed may require a step stool to access the bed. This was our fourth year, and we love the beach house, and the Qualicum-Coombs area for a family vacation.

Ocean Paradise

Our family spent 4 days at this location. It is a beautiful location steps away from the ocean. The home was very clean and fully stocked with everything you need. It is a drive into town so if you are looking for quiet this is the place to be :)
