Surrounded by the San Isabel National Forest, the cabin is near to one of the nation's most popular locations for whitewater rafting and kayaking. Summer or winter, the area is full of outdoor recreation opportunities: skiing and snowboarding, snowmobiling and snowshoeing; rafting, hiking, swimming in the hot springs, 4-wheeling, biking, fishing, and ghost-town exploring.

This mountain style vacation home is 2368 square feet in size. Inside you are welcomed into a Great Room with cathedral ceilings accented with log stairs and rails, and a Waterford gas stove. This open floor plan has a completely furnished kitchen with large dining table, and a large living room area. A bath with shower is also located on this main level. Windows all around bring the outside in. Two French Doors in the Great Room open to the large balcony which overlooks the river.

Located upstairs from the main level is a cozy open sleeping loft with cathedral ceiling and two queen beds.

Located downstairs: a master bedroom with king size bed, a second bedroom with queen size bed, and an open bunk room with 2 twin beds (no bunk beds). Each bedroom has a door leading to the deck by the river. A full bath is also located on this lower level.
