This beautiful townhouse is located off 32nd Street in Ocean City. It is only a few short blocks from the beach in a private complex of 30 townhomes and close to many restaurants, miniature golf, shopping, Jolly Roger amusement park rides, charter fishing and jet skiing amenities one block away. The unit is ideally located in the middle of Ocean City to visit uptown restaurants, stores, movie theaters, bowling, convention center events; as well as downtown activities such as the boardwalk, amusement park rides, restaurants, museums and fishing piers.

The unit has recently been renovated with a new electric kitchen equipped with stainless steel range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and garbage disposal. The kitchen is well equipped with small appliances like a toaster, iron, automatic coffee maker, blender and can opener as well as dishes, pots/pans, silverware and sufficient paper goods for casual eating. An eat-in countertop provides extra eating space to enjoy breakfasts or lunches. The unit has a separate dining room set with a ceiling fan which includes a new rectangular table and chairs which can seat six people to provide a location for serving either a fine dinner or take-out from one of the many excellent restaurants in the area. The spacious living room with a new comfortable couch pulls out into a queen convertible bed with additional pillows/blankets provided in the nearby storage bench. The living room has multiple occasional chairs which can accommodate guests to watch cable TV, DVD movies with video library selections available; as well as books and games from the unit's library or one of the many board games available in the unit for adults and children. The downstairs half bath is conveniently located near the kitchen.

The large deck outside the living room has a reclining lounge chair (for sunbathing) and table, chairs and sun umbrella for outside entertaining and eating. It has direct access to the boat slip on the canal behind the townhouse and the boat slip will easily accommodate up to 24’ boats.

Upstairs are two recently renovated bedrooms and bathrooms with new furniture. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom which includes spacious showers, new sinks, toilets, vanity cabinets, and lighting fixtures. The rear bedroom has a balcony overlooking the OC skyline and the canal to the Bay. This bedroom includes a queen size bed, large closet, and cable TV. The front bedroom overlooking the street has two twin beds in it with a large closet, and cable TV. All of the upstairs bedrooms are fully equipped with blankets, pillows, bedspreads, dressers and hair dryers. Each bedroom has a split air handler (which provides A/C and heat) allowing for individual comfort settings. The hallway between the bedrooms contains the clothes washer and dryer allowing for easy in-house cleaning of linens or soiled clothing. The townhouse is fully stocked with pots/pans, plates/bowls, silverware, baking dishes, multiple appliances, paper goods, soaps, coffee, tea and spices for each renter to enjoy while they are staying in the townhouse.

Each townhouse in the complex is provided with two numbered off-street parking spaces in the paved community parking lot (with one space available directly at the front door). There is a fenced community pool, a community-deck next to the fish cleaning station and a private boat launch ramp for use by tenants.

Ocean City is a family-oriented resort with varied amenities. Stroll along the famous boardwalk, enjoy the arcades and amusement park rides and the fishing and boating are excellent. The town has a wide range of fine restaurants and casual fast-food establishments of every type of food. There are several fine golf courses to challenge the best player or the beginner. Adventure rides abound and are available throughout the resort – from the high-speed OC rocket speedboat to parasailing boats or renting jet skis for use on the Bay.

Ocean City has a local airport, harness racing track, local concerts, scooter, bike, boat, jet skis and kayak rentals are available throughout the town. Ocean City is close to the quiet Delaware beaches of Rehoboth and Bethany for enjoyment of dune beaches and outlet shopping. The beaches are clean, wide, protected by lifeguards, and enjoyed by swimmers and surfers alike. The Ocean City inlet provides easy access to offshore fishing both for personal watercraft and to enjoy fishing trips on daily charter boats. Each year Ocean City hosts the famous White Marlin Fishing tournament in August and it's an enjoyable sight to watch the boats return to weigh in their daily catch hoping to win the $1+ million prize. Other activities that many people enjoy are crabbing, clamming and tubing through the canals leading into the bay. Children will enjoy the boardwalk amusement parks, arcades, water slides, miniature golf courses, go-cart tracks and the Jolly Roger Amusement Part is within easy walking distance. Ocean City has something for everyone to enjoy.
